Razana Al-Hafaer

The front desk Waleed was excellent with all requests, he very respectfully cooperated with us.

Everything was good. The bathrooms are very narrow but given the distance and value it’s an excellent location from haram. It takes about 10 minutes walk to get to haram from hotel.

Nothign

Facilities and cleaning services , plus key cards are old school !

Good hotel for budget freindly rates and locaiton is also great & close to Masjid Al Haram!

We booked a room just so we could arrive in the morning, perform Umrah and have somewhere to get some rest before onward travel. For this purpose it was convenient and cheap.

Would be difficult staying here for more than a night. The bathroom is very small with a very very very small shower cubicle.

It was economical

You have to go through elevation to reach Haram and it’s not recommended for old people

Room was nice clean with all basic necessities.

The size of beds was too small.

This is the most affordable place if you are looking to stay close to haram. Only 10 minutes walking is a little steep climb but that's manageable if you are young or at least below 50. Really worth the money for staying close to haram.

Room service is good but you have to ask everything every time and they are providing but you have to ask for it. Room service could be improved but with what you are paying it's fine with little adjustment. The location of the property is the best selling part.

It’s close to Haram, as long as walking up the hill doesn’t bother. Room was neat and clean. Market is close by, ample restaurants and general stores available.

There was no tea, coffee and cups etc provided.

Bad Experience

During my stay at Razana Al Hafeer Hotel, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and housekeeping service. The bed sheets were only changed after two days, despite my stay being five days. Additionally, the carpet in the room was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. These factors affected the overall comfort of my stay, and I believe the hotel should improve in maintaining cleanliness and providing better housekeeping services.

They were good when they welcome my parents later on they didn’t even clean room daily in 13 days just for one day cleaning they came also they misbehaved with my father still my parents had three days but the staff tolf them to leave and they falsely tried to lied that their hotel booking is over on 12th day but their stay was for 15 days

Management and cleaning both not good rude very rude

Location

Regrettably, my reservation was canceled despite having previously communicated my arrival time. Upon arriving at the hotel after a lengthy journey, I discovered that not only had my reservation been canceled, but there were also no other rooms available. I suspect that they claimed I did not arrive in order to charge me a no-show fee and rent the room to another guest.

I booked from booking. Com when I arrive hotel receptionist said your have to cancel booking fare is up I booked 230 rayal they Demanding 250 rayal.
