    Pros +

    • Not at all happy
    • The hotel was beautiful as architecture. But compared to the Emaar brand, he was below his expectation. The beds were comfortable
    • The space, cleaning, the view.

    Cons -

    • Staff is not trained at all, and can?t speak english at all, and charge me two times, one time i paid theough online and then they deducted from their app
    • They promised bus facilities but did not provide as per schedule. They do not have much facilities and it is very far.
    • In the month of Ramadan, the hotel next to the side had 1 service expedition per hour. Emaar Hotel had put around 5 expeditions a day. This figure was really little. We had very serious grievances. When we were going to get on the hotel bus by Harem-i Şerif, we had difficulty finding a bus. Because every time he was standing in a different place. For intense times, it may not be a very preferred hotel under these conditions. But it can be thought for calm times. And the man in the reservation has a disturbing comfort. He does his job very slowly and chats with others while taking care of the customer.

    The space, cleaning, the view.

The buses not going ofta to Majid Al-haram. Other hotels had bus services almost every 30 hours.

    5FaisalPosted on: 4-5-2025

Its okay. The hotel construction is good though but facilities are not. No iron, no towels, no oven.Location is far but they have only 2 buses, drivers are bit phsyco.

hotel is very nice and clean ,rooms are big and bed are good size and comfortable .room service guys are very helpful and polite.

location to haram . avoid at all cost .Ramadan bus service is rubbish .taxi to haram one way cost 30to50 sar .very limited bus service , driver is very rude and reception staff not welcoming and not helpful

    5MohammadPosted on: 4-4-2025

Location is quite far from Haram, not a family friendly hotel l, it's good for bachelors going for Umrah.

Bathrooms are like street side hotels

    8MuhammadPosted on: 4-4-2025

Initially they allocated a triple bedroom where my booking was a quadrilateral bedroom. They allocated me 4 bedrooms after 5 hours with a lot of discussion .

Location and shuttle bus service to Haram

Staff behavior was good but very slow process of check-in. We reached about half hour before check-in time but got our room after half hour from check-in time.

    4YogaPosted on: 4-3-2025

    1. The shuttle is limited2. No cleaning service for the room..We stayed for 11 nights and no service room

    8MohiadeenPosted on: 4-2-2025

Location far from haram. Rooms are good and masjid is excellent.

Shuttle service not in time sometimes not available. If u r ready for taxi ride then this hotel is good. Most of the time I take taxi for haram. They charge average 20 riyals and season time 50 riyals

    6MoatazPosted on: 4-1-2025

Average quality hotel..Not much amenities. I requested an iron to iron my clothes but it was not available. Parking is not included in the booking even though they have a spacious one they rent the spot for 50 SAR per night. No electric plugs in the room except for the TV, i needed to unplug the TV to charge my phone

Hotel reception area so beautiful!! Room is so good. Good view to clock tower even it’s far!!!

    7SahalPosted on: 4-1-2025

The general stay was great, but there was no hot water in the shower, and the woman at the reception was arrogant and took a long time to check me in with no courtesy.

I stayed between 20 - 26 March 2025, which was last days of ramadan. The hotel itself was decent. Room service doesnt exist. No water no toiletries no cleaning no changing or fixing beds on a daily basis. However I only needed a room to have a shower in and crash when I got back from kaba so this was enough for me. The hotel is dated and could do with a refurb, in my room I had 4 single beds as thats what I booked which was all that was available. The carpet was comming off, the bathroom door was broken, shower door was broken and actually never replaced. No soap no shower gel. There was also no safe in the room, no wifi either. Its basically take the room and leave us alone. It worked for me as I was travelling alone performing umrah and was only in the room to sleep few hours everyday and charge my phone. Lots of food places on the main road but you will need to walk atleast 15 mins. The shuttle bus service was not every 30 minutes but about 1 hour before every salah time, which was uselss as during ramadan you need to be at the kaba atleast 2hrs before salah. The return was 1 hour after every salah again no use to me as I was spending atleast 16 hours a day at the kaba. Overall I would recomend only if travelling alone.

Nice and clean property. You also have bus service during Ramadan .Cheap prices during off season , By Walk it’s 2 hours to Haram, however we had the bus service during Ramadan

    staff and rooms

No shaving and soap kits available .Bad smell in bathroom

    7SairaPosted on: 3-27-2025

The only problem was about shuttle service. For Friday prayer they didn't fulfill the commitment according to their mentiond schedule .specifically in Ramdan it wasted time in searching taxi which also caused extra expenses. Otherwise hotel is good ,neat and clean. And also have some good restaurants nearby.
