Emaar Elite Makkah Hotel

Location. In normal price close to haram.

There is no parking. Hotel parking is closed and outside is bit far from hotel.

The area is good

No bus to Haram although they said It is available

It’s clean and people are very friendly

Not a easy acces a long hill

It was clean and near haram

The shuttle buses service wasn’t available during our stay, the hotel is on a hill so on the way back we had to climb that hill and it was so exhausting, the wifi doesn’t work it keeps disconnecting each every 2 mins

Really decent stuff and supportive, location is great, room are very clean, compared to the prices it is perfect

The location is good and the hotel workers are nice.people and helpful..the hotel.was cleats and good price I would like to come.again

Sometimes.going to haremmis easy walking but coming back little bit tiring up hill just for last few mintutes steps. We couldn't find the hotel.price every hour or atleast continue the hour we wanted wasnt available ..we had breakfast it budget better than nothing but 5 out of 10 dnt expect too much. Ut atleaatvtea and cofee.and the hotelprice was good I would like to come.again

Staff were friendly, helpful, and the 24-hour front desk added great convenienceThe prime location near Masjid al-Haram and Ajyad Gate was perfect for easy access to prayers and holy sites.

Nothing to dislike—everything exceeded expectations.

Emaar Elite Ajyad Hotel provided an exceptional stay during our two nights in Makkah. The room were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities like free WiFi, air-conditioning, and a fridge, making our visit relaxing.

No fruits option in the breakfast buffet. The check in time should be more flexible so I arrive early morning and there are rooms available I should get a room right away instead of waiting till afternoon.

The property was clean. Staff was nice.

The location is too far from the Masjid. going to the mall Shed is easy because it’s a downhill but coming back up is very very hard. You have to go up the hill to be able to get to the hotel if you can afford it go to a closer hotel near the Masjid Al Haram

Location, staff, facilities, breakfast, cleaniness, amenities and the room itself was excellent

Just the bus timings for leaving haram and returning was not following the time, they either leave early or dont come.

Close to Almasjid Alharam, cleanles, good valuycomparing to other nearby similar hotels.

No enough breakfast varieties of healthy choices, and available choices were no't much appealing to go down for

The staff was very helpful.

The bus to the Haram is not always on time and it is a disaster getting back from the Haram to the Hotel at the Ajyad bus stop.

Good breakfast Very good hotel to stay

Transportation is not in time

Clean, well maintained and delicious breakfast

Not suitable for elderly as it’s located uphill

Location Reception staff specifically mr abdulaziz

Room size Old furniture Cleaning

Cleanliness

No Shuttle Service, huge language barrier

Comfortable Rooms

Hard to walk from Haram because of the steep walk on mountain at Ajyad Street

Good priceClean, staff are familiar from reservation to house cleaningGood support from the reservation manager AmrNear to Haram

Rooms size but it is ok for short stay

The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the Haram, with about a 7-minute walk to the drop-off point where everyone begins walking toward the Haram.

The hotel is located on a steep hill, about a 7-minute walk downhill to the Haram. The return walk takes a bit longer—around 14 minutes—and is a good workout for the legs. When available, the shuttle bus makes the trip very quick, taking less than a minute.

Location, staff and cleanliness

Wifi stopped working at night
