    Pros +

    • Close to the Makkah Mosque
    • Location and their Door man Hamida.
    • The hotel is clean and near to Haram. The employees are so helpful and cheerful .Thank you Mr. Hany Kamal, Mrs.Hessah Al Sherief, Mr.Mohamed Saif and Mouhialdeen .

    Cons -

    • Very tight room for 3 persons. There was no room for bags. For that price I could have taken a bigger room at a distance and commute by taxi to Makkah Mosque
    • Horrible experience. Stayed at Room 812. Room smelled like shitt pot. I am glad that I am back home alive. The smell could kill. There was no hot waiter. There’s no window or exhaust. There was no hand soap, body wash or conditioner but when I asked house keeper guy he told me the they don’t have it and they use shampoo for everything. Management very rude, unprofessional & arrogant. Went to complain about hot water and the general manager felt it his insult to talk to the hotel guest and called a guy mopping the floor to talk to me. I had booked my room from 10th but I arrived on 11th morning at 10 Am and first I was told I don’t have room because I didn’t show up. I explained that I wanted early check in at 10 and requested but hotel told me to book it from 10th. So I did it. I had to wait to get the room. You try to call operator or front office from the room, nobody answers. The only good things about this property are its location near to Mani’s and one of their door man Hamida who would always smile and greet the guests with respect. It’s not even one star. I would not recommend this property even for free.
    • The receptionist was very uncooperative. I booked two rooms and was traveling with children. They could have easily accommodated us in a larger combined room, but they were unwilling to listen or even try to understand our situation. Although I booked two rooms, I ended up using only one due to their lack of support. The management was also unhelpful and non-cooperative. Additionally, there was continuous noise from machinery working behind the building, which did not allow us to sleep properly

Near Haram, the clean rooms and amenities installed are average.

Close the haram and good facilities in the local area.

First room on 8th floor smelt strongly of damp. Managed to get it changed on the second day of our stay. But second room didn't not have any hot water so cold showers for the 5 days we were there. The shower tray was TINY and did not accommodate a fully grown adult. Smell of vomit in the hallway and generally could be better.

The location and staff was helpful when needed

There is no constant cleaning ever every two days you should always request it, the bed sheets wasn’t that clean

The bathroom is the worst-ever. Very small.

    1AhmadPosted on: 11-3-2025

Once I reached for check in the receptionist informed me that my hotel is changed which was far around 100 meter & very disappointing for me. I was choice less at that time and I avail their suggested hotel. But I will say it was my worst experience with this hotel

    the hotel I booked I didn’t get.

The stay was perfect, very near to Almasjed Alharam, the reception staff was very friendly and professional, and the room facilities was perfect.

The room was a little bit narrow but it was fine not bothering at all.

    5Safyan T. V.Posted on: 5-8-2025

It was a budget friendly but need to work on facilities and cleanliness.

Washroom was too messy. water leakage and i used towels to soak water on floor. Shower tray had construction error.

    7NaureenPosted on: 4-29-2025

The location was near all the amenities. 10mins walk to the Haram.

The room was squeezed. Three beds were too many. Unable to move around or have prayer space. If three people are sharing, then it's a very tight space.
