Location is excellent as was staff and cleanliness.

Been here twice before but hotel is now currently under construction and had I know I probably would not have booked.

The rooms look so depressing, i had 2 rooms with 4 beds each, it was just yuck. Like the bathrooms had a tub installed and the shower head was touching my forehead, I'm only 5'7" Carpet is dark and ugly. I've been coming for umrah for past 10 years and have stayed at this hotel over 7x. Nothing had improved much. I just stayed at Makarem that was fully renovated this year and last in Madinah - world of a difference.

The location is excellent and very close to the Haram. It is surrounded by all the services you might need, including shops, restaurants, and a supermarket located directly above. The food was good, and the price was very reasonable for the location.

the hotel feels quite dated and old. The biggest issue was the noise; the elevator makes a very loud and annoying sound 24/7. Also, the soundproofing is poor as I could clearly hear people in the hallways and construction noise outside all day. Additionally, the elevators are always crowded and take a long time to arrive. It’s a good choice for the location, but not for those seeking a quiet stay.

Receptionist Rahaf was very nice and welcoming. Receptionist Rayan was amazing as well and he went above and beyond to help me and my son.

Restaurant staff are not so friendly.

A prime location for visiting the Haram, with access to the Umrah via Gate 79 and Gate 84 for both men and women for daily prayers. The room is a bit small, but the bath more than makes up for it.

The Room Attendant Ibrahim Patel was very friendly and worked around my schedule to make sure the was cleaned and restocked before I returned to the room. Breakfast was a delight. The location was the best of all my trips thus far.

The beds were very small. There is no "off" switch for the air conditioner. The windows are really old. The shower head was too low, I had to duck down during my shower.

Despite requesting early check in on the website on arrival at the hotel non of my rooms were available. instead on of the hotel assisting me they requested I pay for one extra night instead of a early check in, this should have been communicated to me when i initially booked and communicated with the hotel

location and building design is fantastic. Not too crowded as the makkah clock tower. the travellator is great to bypass the mall crowd. Breakfast could be much better and it does looks sad to be honest. Understood that the room is a bit dated although loves the louvers. Dont mind the loose furniture at all, mattres is very comfy but wondering about the carpet cleanliness. Bathroom is fine but the shower drain is the biggest problem. the water does not drain properly. Water build up and it gets very uncomfortable.

Top quality hotel very very clean the staff were excellent I would definitely recommend very close to Haram and I can't praise the manager enough baarah keep up the good work was a pleasure you gave us far too much respect thanks.

View was good, location was great. Room was clean. We were a little disappointed by the shower drain but otherwise our stay was comfortable and met all our needs.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful.The room cleanness so good. The internet WIFI ? so fast . The breakfast was absolutely delicious . It was amazing stay.

This hotel is the best when compared to the hotels located in the Clock Tower buildings. I have stayed in Mövenpick, Pullman Zamzam, Swissotel Al Maqam, and Raffles. Makkah Hotel has easy access to Haram; in less than 5 minutes, you will be in Haram from your hotel room, unlike the hotels located in the clock tower, which usually take 15 minutes. There aren't any long waiting periods/lines to get on the elevators like the Clock Tower hotels, in Makkah Towers, it's smooth in and out. I highly recommend this hotel; it is almost the same price as others, but the location and access to Haram is much easy and trouble-free. The Mall under Makkah Hotel has food courts and a grocery departmental store.

Public taxis on Ring Road at the hotel main entrance are a hassle and they can overprice the ride. To get access, one must walk down from haram to the bus terminals and get taxis, which are more reasonable. In any case, you have to bargain. Secondly, the hotel needs to upgrade to steam irons rather than keeping old-fashioned irons. The housekeeping staff should check that all electrical outlets are working before guests are checked into rooms.

The breakfast was great but the tables were not set properly and promptly. They need more staff. All good otherwise.
