Every think was great, the location , the cleanlness, the staff specially Mr. Khaled in the reception, it was a very great experience and everytime i'll go i'll book there inshaallah

The toilet unfortunately was smelly all over the day like sewage which made my stat and my family very uncomfortable there.

No hot water in shower bit was fine with me considering weather is hot

I was disappointed with the location. It was not as close as the comments suggested. To reach the hotel, you have to walk up a very steep road and then run across a busy main road between moving cars to get to the other side. It felt quite inconvenient and unsafe

It was really nice. Staff was helpful. They welcomed us with dates and juices . That was really nice of them

Rooms and bathrooms can be upgraded . There was a lot of uphill walk that I didn’t like

It was clean, location is only 8 minutes walking distance from Al Haram, room service person was really helpful “Mohamed Shahalam”

Location is good but not for older people. They don’t provide bus to Kaba

Staff in the reception is not professional at all. No Bus. Wifi doesn’t work.

The hotel is walking distance to haram. Hotel was easy to find, check in process went smoothly.

Its a great hotel near masjid. I wish the restaurant was functional. Outside the hotel can smell cat urine - we know this area is still under construction

The stay was very nice. The reception staff were really friendly and nice.Special thanks to cleaning staff Zakir, who was very, very nice and friendly.

The design of the shower case is bad; it is closed from one side only.

The room I first got had no window and was super small, but the staff was very helpful and gave me a new room with no extra charge. The staff was very nice and understanding.

Location was okay, about 12-15 min walk. Zakir gave excellent room service.

Excellent service from this hotel exceeded expectations. Jamal looked after as well on the 14th floor and kept the rooms clean and tidy. Good location 5-10min walk to the haram with plenty of shops nearby.

It was value for money. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly, especially Noor from house keeping dept.

No restaurant in the hotel. Even the breakfast option was very limited.
