Very close to the haram

The employees not much helpful only one person available

Such a nice hotel for families .. cooperative staff check in service is very easy ..price is also reasonable considering it's a 3 star hotel. The location is good as it is near Haram about 7 to 10 minutes walk. The rooms were neat and clean. Overall a very decent experience. Would recommend it for families looking for a decent option near Haram.

Rooms services were only available once a day when asked the room service they said it's only available once a day in the morning.

We mainly booked this property due to Location because we want to go Haram By Walk but most of time nearest entrance of Haram was closed and need to walk more to enter in the Haram.

We requested Early Check in during my Booking and actual Check in time was 4:00 pm but we arrived at Hotel by 04:15 pm and reception Saudi Guy requested to wait because room was not ready and after that we have involved their Lady Manager Miss Bushra who was very supportive and arrange room without more delay and got checked in our room 4:45 pm

I forgot my laptop bag there and i was on my way back to Riyadh still i managed to send one of my friends but they were not cooperating. The staff were really not professional

Environment was good.

Staff should learn English please ?I expected that there would be availability of microwave oven, coz people have no access for cooking and if they buy food, they would heat up the food later, but we had to eat left over cold food, or had to throw it.Thanks

It was walking distance to Haram but not very close, but close enough.

The bathrooms are very small especially the shower.

location is bit far from Haram but its doable.

the furniture is very old, construction noise all day, and staff was not responsive.

During two days stay no cleaner visit or clean the dustbin . Also roadside bus horns and false alarms disturbed the night sleep.

It’s affordable compared to other hotels

Bathroom is too small and the fillings are very old ..need replacement. Breakfast is very disappointing . Lunch menu very little options

Too much noise in the hall, doors are not soundproof. Lifts are not working properly.

Very clean 1 star hotel with lots of food and baqala options in the surrounding. Depending on the situation, Haram's king fahad gate can be as near as 10min walk but if they decide to redirect the crowd, you are looking at 20-25 min walk, specially happens on weekends and Fridays. Bell boy staff was super nice (don't forget to tip them please).

These not really negative comments. Read with open mind. Breakfast for $12 is not worthy for me as I don't like more than half of things. But this is only for myself. They had almost 15+ types of options in breakfast.They don't have weighing machines so beware. We had a stopover visa so we had 8 big bags which is kind of hassle as taxis are not allowed to park in front of hotel for a minute. So driver started talking to some labor before the u turn and as soon as taxi was parked, they started unloading. You have to give them some cash like 20-30 riyals. Be generous please. This is not an issue if you have multiple people to off load luggage in your group. I was the only male with wife and kid so it was impossible for me to off load and I'm thankful to the Driver.

Clean great location great services

I saw there’s many Pakistani guests in hotel but there’s no Pakistani food even one dish there should be at least one cook from Pakistan

Excellent breakfast, selection of items and taste was above my expectation. Big applause for chefs and restaurant manager. Overall my 5 day stay experience was wonderful. House keeping staff Mr Shajeeb, girls at reception (forget their names) were very helpful, everyday they ask me as if I need anything. Here specially I would like to mention Mr. Ziad at reception, he is a legend. He is a real asset for company, always smiling and willing to do anything to make our stay comfortable. Big thanks to everyone.

Bathrooms need an upgrade. Water drainage and water pressure is not good and as well as the size of bathroom.

The hotel is at a very good location and it is of very good value. The staff is friendly and good. I had the opportunity to speak with the front desk manager myself and she is very nice.Being a low star hotel, I loved that the hotel has hand wash instead of soaps which usually 4 or 5 star hotel have because hand wash is easy to use.I would love to stay at Emaar Al Manar again.

The receptionist she was really friendly and she was veryy helpful her name was uroob she was very cooperative

Very close to Haram. Staff was very accommodating. Room is great size for families.

Moderate, suitable for very short stay. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent.

There was smoking smell at the toilet.
