The location is the best thing about the property. Right in front of Haram

When we checked in no one gave us any information about anything including breakfast times or anything. We stayed for 3 nights, the room wasn’t even cleaned once! There was a “make up my room” button that I continuously turned on. When i asked the housekeeping they told me that it doesn’t work and that we had to hang a paper on the door which he couldn’t even find in our room. The AC was on cold but it seemed like it wasn’t working, the TV channels were scrambled. Last day the receptionist was VERY rude. Honestly the location is the only thing that made it worth it. Everything else was disappointing.

Very congested, the bed were arranged like a 1* at best 2*, 4 bed arranged in a very small room Reception staff were not professional, they were not customers friendly

Proximity to Haram mosque. Rooms were clean and the service staff were very friendly helpful and polite. Breakfast was reasonable too.

One of the 3 rooms we rented was not ready on arrival. We were told to wait 40 minutes but it took almost 2 hours before it was actually ready. The entrance to this property is through a very run down area of the “Safwah shops”. The escalators were regularly broken, and outside the building is a very dirty patch of street stalls. The washrooms were quite patched up. Just an older property that has seen better days.

We love the location it’s very convenient for all prayer. Price is ok too. But room service is really bad. Breakfast was not worth the price. Very less choices,no fruit salad or cut fruit. coffee machine was good. All the weight machines in rooms were not working complained several times but zero response.

The location is great and overall the hotel was clean and comfortable.

The prayer hall (musalla) was directly above the kitchen/restaurants on the 3rd floor so the prayer hall was filled with the stench of smoke, cooking oil, and food. It was unpleasant and made me not want to be there.

Reception are not trained for hospitality business or maybe not trained for anything, rude, unprofessional, a-lot of customers but only one or two on the desk, going around here and there busy talking on their mobile phones, in this business first impression is very important, I had to wait 10 minutes to get the attention , although they apologized later but their first reaction was very badFacility build with luxuries materials, but unfortunately is not maintained well, it is clean but you can notice the signs of heavy use.

It was expensive nowadays so we couldn’t stay for more days.

The location was great as it’s across the haram.

There was no WiFi the internet was super bad. The elevator took way too long to come up as well.

The place is absolutely perfect for Haram access.

The mosque inside the hotel was a great plus as due to the ongoing expansion project the grand mosque entrance and empty space was a challenge.Breakfast options were good.

The entrance to the hotel lobby is horrible. They don't have any basement level car entrance. While Ajyad street and tunnel remain closed most of the times so you have to drag your luggage from whatever place you get a drop to the hotel. Due to so many shops at the ground level, it becomes very difficult to find the hotel entrance. The hotel needs an upgrade, its furniture, carpet and amenities are very old, seems from the 90s vintage. The bathrooms are also very old. There were houseflies inside the room.

Rooms are not that clean (old) and hot water not working really good

Breakfast was good, with a lot of variety.The check-in experience was very good and Mr Anwar was very supportive and provided us a 2 hour early check-in without any fuss.The room size was good compared to other hotels in the same location.

When we reached hotel they canceled our booking, not gonna stay again in that property nay more, before arriving to property about every week they keep asking for credit update and I did each time and when I stayed one night there I used the same card & went through, very crooked people in side the haram.

You can’t deal with crooked people those who worship only money.
