Everything about the property is amazing! Location, hospitality, and plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The hostess hospitality is the best since we’ve been in Vietnam. Truly feels like you’re staying with family. Look no where else, you want to stay here for an amazing experience in Hue!

Can’t think of anything.

This has been our favorite stay in Vietnam so far in our travels. Laura and family are so kind, it's so homely and comfortable. No ask is too much trouble. Our room was clean and all that we needed. We also had our laundry cleaned, and we can honestly say they came back the cleanest and nicest smelling than they have since we've been travelling (3 months at this point). We highly recommend staying here, especially for the price

Friendly staff, central location but situated in an alley so it's quiet.

The owners were very welcoming. I arrived wet and my bicycle was covered in mud. The owner helped me take off my bags, washed the bike, brought it inside, then made the best noodles I've had here while I showered and changed clothes. Very bike friendly place

Great staff and quiet location close to the middle

First and foremost, the owner, Laura. What an angel, her and her whole family. They are as sweet and helpful as the reviews suggest. It’s centrally located, tucked away in a cool, quiet alley. Laura took great care of me and ensured I had a pleasant stay. She booked a dragon boat/folklore trip on the Perfume River for only 90VND. She had her son drop me off at the boat on his scooter. The breakfasts she makes are delicious, made with so much love - anything from banana pancakes to scrambled eggs with cheese and veggies, plus a fresh baguette, coffee and a plate of fruit (included). When I need to exchange some money, she got me the best rate I encountered yet in Vietnam and went herself in the rain on her scooter. She can make your stay in Hue so comfortable and takes her time guiding you. The bed was the most comfortable of the 3 hotels I’ve stayed in Vietnam. Value for your dollar - 10 out of 10!

The room was clean and the place was run by a very welcoming family. The owner gave us a lot of tips on what to see in the city and where to eat, plus the breakfast was included :)The locations is very central as well.It honestly made us regret staying only one night!

Lovely family run hotel. Comfortable, clean and new. Great location off of quiet side alley.

Laura and her family were very welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, well lit and a had a little terrace. The location is central but in a back alley so not noisy at all.

Thought it was very good value. Clean and comfortable, ac worked really well. Laura was attentive to my needs. Greeting me warmly and ensuring I was fed and satisfied at Breakfast. Will return when I'm back in Hue in the future.

Laura, the owner, is delightful - so welcoming and friendly. She knows and remembers the names of all her guests.Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and every guests is offered more if they would like it.The room was wonderful with floor to ceiling windows and a balcony.Loved the pool.Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

loved our short stay here the family were fantastic always smiling and helpful. The room was great for the price with big windows for a great view. Breakfast was brilliant and they would make you as much as you wanted. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying at Hue

Simple, clean, decent accommodation. The breakfast is very good, you can choose from a menu.It is run by very kind and helpful lady. Even in Vietnam, the selfless and dedicated help we received is rare. Thank you again. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to all travelers.

This was our favourite accommodation during our three weeks in Vietnam. Laura and her family were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The hotel is located near lots of restaurants and things to do, but is off the main street so very quiet at night. We really enjoyed our time in Hue and look forward to going back again.

The hotel is in a little lane way tucked away form the Main Street, which makes it nice and quiet. Great location with many really good restaurants so close by like Chaleng Thai street food, and Madam Thu’s. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The balcony was lovely to be able to sit outside. Laura the host was absolutely beautiful. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious, especially the banana pancakes! So yummy.

Nothing to dislike.

We loved our stay here! Staff were so so friendly and welcoming and we would recommend to anyone who wants to be in the busy centre of Hue. Property is tucked away with a view of the river and quiet surroundings. Lots of food choices nearby and a great breakfast menu!
