Location was good

The area was quite noisy, roosters crowing at 2AM, dogs barking, loud music nearby, and early construction. It was not easy to sleep. We had ants in our room and requested a new room or new sets of sheets. None was provided.

Hotel is a good situated. Everything is close by walk.I recomend go to river side for a cup of morning coffee, there is a nice chill place. Receptionist r willing to help you

The towels were dirty and smelly. The sheets were torn. If u use for a booking yr Credit card it doesn't work. U have to pay in the hotel with extra charged (small one)if u pay by card

Good location

The pictures looK NOTHING like the rooms. Plus we booked a city view with balcony - but got just a normal room. When we queried we were told NO rooms have balconies or city views. We contacted booking.com who were no help. Book a cheaper room category and save yourself the money. The doors are also made of thin, cheap plastic so you can hear a pin drop outside your room

The staff was very helpful. The little lounge was also very beautiful. Also quite close to the main attractions.

We loved staying here, quite area, a cozy clean and brand new room, comfortable beds, new towels and bedsheets, air con, close to the area with all restaurants and cafes. Felt really comfortable, not like usual asian hotels. If I were to be back to Hue, I’d book it again.

The location is convinient by the walking street

1) several pillow cases were dirty; 2) we saw many bugs in the room, on the bed etc; 3) I can't get a hold of the stuff via WhatsApp or booking.com

It is a nice hotel for short stay. Some nice restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly.

I thought the room wasn't super clean, especially the bathroom. We were on ground floor and window was onto a busy alley so we were woken by bikes etc passing by.

Where do I start! We entered our room and were immediately stuck with an overpowering mould smell. The room was dirty and had clumps of hair and gunk around on the walls and floors. The wall above the bed had a major water damage mark and was mouldy. The bed covers had hair and dirt on them. My husband spoke to the receptionist and told him about the mould smell and after inspected it, we were moved to the bunk bed room shown in the hotel photos. Those photos certainly do not represent reality! This room was just as bad!! The mould smell gave me a migraine for the entire duration of our two night stay. It was dirty, had hair all over the place and gunk on the walls in the room and bathroom. We felt so gross staying here! Also, to my surprise, on booking the room was at $30aud, while we paid over $110 a night! This would compare to a hostel or backpackers inn, definitely not a boutique hotel! Do not be deceived by the pictures!

I didn’t like anything about my stay here. We left feeling dirty and couldn’t wait to get to our next hotel. We actually spent most of our time outside the hotel to avoid coming back to the gross room!

Good location, walk to everything. Good value I guess.

Maintenance is not great, broken lamps and knobs, minimal cleaning was done, bare minimum. More for locals than westerners.

Great place, just around the corner of the vibrant citycenter!

We had a room next to the lobby and it was a bit noisy.

Check in was easy and the lobby staff were very friendly. The lobby is nice and clean with character. :) The shower pressure was good as well and the room was spacious.

Unfortunately the bed linen wasn’t very clean, and the hotel staff tried to walk into our room in the morning while we were in bed. When we yelled ‘sorry there are people here’, they must not have heard, and went and got the keys and started to unlock the door. When we yelled again, they seemed to realise and walked away. Quite strange.

The location was good and the staff were friendly.

The bathroom sink, shower glass and wall, shower head and bed were all unclean. Cleanliness is a big issue.

Location

Originally given room on 4th floor. The room did not have Wi-Fi. In the evening it became apparent why there was no Wi-Fi, there was no electricity in lobby of 4th floor (I couldn’t see lock to put key in door). Receptionist came up and tried to re-set trip switch and sparks came from light fitting on to my head. I was re-located to second floor to room with mold on walls above headboard (see picture). The advert on booking dot com says rooms have terrace but no rooms appear to have terrace at the hotel.

Great location/staffs/services. You really get super value staying there. Walking distance to great eats, spaServices!

Noisy

Quite noisy as we have to stayed on ground level room, they said no other rooms were available. You can hear all the guests checked in and the children played the football table in front of the room

I like that it was central and u could rent a motorcycle for good price.

Well it was definitely not a 3-star Hotel it wasn’t really clean the walls were all dirty and the sheets were all stained with yellow stuff. And we found some hairs on the bed as if someone was sleeping before we got there. they didn’t even bother to change the sheets, we had to sleep on our towels because it was so disgusting. When we came back from exploring the city we noticed that they didn’t even made our beds. Our room was infested with ants. Overall wouldn’t recommend this hotel even if its cheap.

Great centric location, helpful staff

Bedsheet and pillowcases had to be changed as they were stained and yellowish. Lots of black hairs on the floor, very smelly toilet and drain

Very close to the walking street for nightlife but set off from the main road a little but so no traffic.

Windows were very thin so the construction and people talking outside were very loud. I kept checking to make sure the window was actually closed since it seemed like someone was standing in my room. Could benefit from better sound proofing.Staff was helpful but didn't speak English very well. I asked if they served coffee in the lobby and she said no. I clarified I'd have to go out to get coffee and she said yes, but then another staff member came up a minute later and said of course we have coffee there's a machine right here and set me up. Either way I did eventually get a cup of coffee.

Nice and very stylish accommodation. Friendly staff. Clean and comfy room and bed.Motorbike rental is possible. Staff gives good local food recommendations. Also very good located next to nightlife/bar/restaurant area, nevertheless quiet.
