Great value, nice breakfast, central and quiet

Really good breakfast, staff were lovely and very helpful, location was very good!

We had selected a family room to stay in but were moved after the first night to accommodate other guestsSaid guests banged on our door multiple times at 4am which caused us to panic thinking there was a fire or something, they were also speaking very loudly for over an hour in the hallway and nothing was done about it! We went down to reception at one point but they didnt seem to understand what we were saying the bed wasnt very comfortable and I woke up with back ache twicethere was exposed wires in the shower and also the shower door was broken

Nice room, fully equiped. Good price. They rent motorbikes also for a good price and the location is quite good, both for visiting the imperial citadel, and to eat, have some coffe, beers and so on. Breakfast was really good, being free.

Lovely little place tucked away in a quiet alley with easy walking distance to the centre and to what must be one of the coolest cafes in town (at the end of the alley opposite, by the river) Friendly staff, good wifi, and surprisingly comfy beds. Great value, too, will gladly come again.

All good, in spite of the slightly odd wall decor :)

Cockroach in room, took us a few attempts to remove.Tried to charge us for things we had paid for when leaving, was settled after conferring with other staff.

A nice clean and comfortable room in a great location for exploring Hu, quiet while just a short walk from the restaurants, cafes and bars. Lien who runs the hotel was exceptional and really made our stay. She was super friendly and gave us great information and tips for the area, great fun and we even shared a meal and some beers with her and other friends/travellers. Lien also drove us to the airport herself, and when we had issue with our flight booking she went above and beyond to call the airline on our behalf to resolve our issue. We also rented a scooter while staying here and it was very reliable and good value. Breakfast again was exceptional, a wide selection of western and local options to choose from, as well as delicious smoothies and coffees, which were all included in our stay. I would highly recommend the Pink Lotus and would love to visit again in the future!

Location is good, I appreciated having breakfast included, Thuy (front desk) was very kind and helpful- she looked up trains and buses for me (thank you!), bed was comfortable too and the room was quiet. Also liked that it was across from a good Vegan restaurant!

The air conditioning didnt get very cold and I couldnt sleep with the humidity I was too tired to try & change rooms in the middle of the night.

Everything was perfect. Room was spacious, nice, lovely view. The staff, especially Lian was so sweet and wonderful and helpful. I absolutely loved my stay there. Convenient to walk around the city. It's amazing.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived at 9.40am from night train and they arranged a taxi to collect us. As soon as we arrived we were handed an ice cold tea and an ice cold hand towel. They then check us in as rooms were available which we were very grateful for. Breakfast was a great way to start the day. Location was 5 minutes from the walking streets and from lots of bars and restaurants. Rooms were very clean and a decent size. AC was quiet and fridge and kettle in room was very welcome (bring your own tea/coffee though). Be prepared for a tight squeeze in the lift:)

All fine especially for money, location and staff. Shower not much power and wet floor in bathroom.

The lovely hotel with decent price. The room is cozy and clean, great breakfast, the staffs are friendly and always ready to help. Ms. Lien, the owner of the hotel is so kind and takes care of everyone. I will definitely come back again.

This place is so good. The rooms looked very good, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was simple western style pancake/omelette but tasty. I was quite the difficult guest, changing my reservation from 3 to 4 people, checking out 30 mins late... (Don't be like me haha) But they were so very kind and understanding, always tried to accommodate me. I could even leave my bags with them for a few hours after checking out. Lot of bars and clubs nearby, that could be a positive thing for some people too. I can only recommend this place.

Hue Pink Lotus Hotel was good value for money! I enjoyed my stay there. The room was basic, but nice, and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

There were some tiny flies in the room and the Wi-Fi went off at times.

The room was wonderful, bright and airy. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location.The breakfast is fab - so many options and all the drinks you might want also included. The staff were very friendly, I would like to especially call out Thuy who was very lovely and welcoming, and made the best pancakes!!
