Dirty, noisy, and uncomfortable – worst hotel experience I’ve had

My experience at this hotel was poor. The room had two beds, but the air conditioner was leaking onto the second bed and wasn’t cooling properly. On top of that, the AC was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep.The room was also infested with ants and cockroaches, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Breakfast was disappointing – very limited options and not tasty at all.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

Location

Everything, if we start with the room, everything was very old and mold everywhere. Was unable to even close the windows properly. No mirror in the room, and nothing in the minibar. The swimming pool was a disaster. Overall the hotel needs full reconstruction.

Great location and very friendly staff. Roof top pool was looking a little tired but has so much promise.Definitely recommend for a budget conscious traveller.

on the first day of our arrival we encountered a situation when the lights went out of our room. Stuff searched for 2 hours to find out what happened.The next day there was an accident near the hotel which caused another power outage :(rooftop pool was a dissappointment also.Somebody moved our rented bike all the days while we stayed here. So every morning our bike always was not where we parked it at night. I don't know who and why did it

Extremely noisy. The guests upstatis were running and shouting and couldnt sleep. I complained and they did nothing. The bathtub didnt suck the water, it stayed stucked and was disgusting to even have a shower with your feet inside the dirty water. Everything was very old. Just good location.

The shower mixer was volatile.The beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

Look elsewhere. This hotel needs a serious face lift. For starters, it’s overpriced. I’ve stayed in budget hotels that look 5 star compared to this. The room and furniture look old. Dirty walls, dirty floors, no window handle, and a shower that can’t be adjusted, held together by tape. The door also didn’t lock from the outside when leaving. Personal belongings are exposed. The staff seem nice. It’s a shame staff or managers won’t fix this place up.

The photos must be very old, the property is very run down, tv did not work, no hot water very unclean. The handyman was great trying to fix everything and we got shifted to new room still no tv but we did have hot water. There was a jug but nothing else no cups etc. There is no restaurant but one is shown in the photos so the only thing going for this property is the location.

Our air con was broken but they moved us right away! Couldn't actually find the pool in the end, but suspected it wasn't as well kept

Very good location close to restaurants and the river, walk to imperial city in about 20 mins. Comfy bed, good shower.

Location ideal. Nice large room at a reasonable price.

Fridge switches off when you leave the room. They only accept cash payment - no cards. Not made clear by booking.com. The pool was cited as one of the most popular attractions. Don’t pick this hotel on that basis. I was closed and looked like it had been for a while. Disappointed there is no verification process for what the hotel claims to offer.

Unpleasant and uncomfortable

Room is so dark and looks old, lights are not bright. Spa bath tub does not work, no water can be run. Aircon is so out dated and makes too much noise when running...I have never left a bad review for any places I stayed before but I can't help for this hotel, since it's the worst hotel I've ever experienced for the price paid.

Great location, clean

however the building is damp, we cut our stay short by one night as my partner is asthmatic and couldn’t breathe very well in the room Needs a bit of an update also

Friendly helpful staff and good clean room.

No breakfast option, so had to walk to find a place. The attached cafe wouldn't offer breakfast,.so advertise incorrectly.

Good located hotel with very big room. Friendly staff. Good place for 1-2 nights, near the old part of the town, but also the streets with bars and restaurants.

One slowly elevator for the building with 8 floors. There is limit for laundry (3 kg) per room, for the rest you must pay extra.

Very friendly receptionist, provided water bottles and let us check in early. Rooms was large, and fridge, air and fan.

no one tell me about this swiming pool! i think there is no swimming pool the weather in Hue is 40 cecus degree

the location

all was a problem for them, no hot water for the shower, broken shower, expensive overprized laundry and when we went to take it they said it was nit ready yet (12h later)... we change to an other room that has the same issues but worse quality room.
