Clean room and bathroom. Aircon and fan both present and working. Bed made up, and towels changed daily. The lovely lady on reception speaks English and gives useful advice on eateries, etc. Centrally located in a quiet alley.

Having a double and a single bed in the room made it feel cramped.

I had a great stay. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, close to many great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. I highly recommend spending evenings walking along the Perfume River which is very close. The best part of my stay was meeting and talking with Hieu, she is the best host, very kind and helpful. Thank you Hieu!

We loved our stay here. The hosts were incredible, polite and helpful when advising us on our travels as well as being generous enough to upgrade our room as well! The room was incredibly spacious and kept clean with daily housekeeping. The bathroom was great and had well stocked amenities. Finally the location was quiet yet close to everything in Hue.

Every time I travel to Hue, I stay at the TIMES Hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, clean, and the manager is very friendly, responsive, and very professional. The location is perfect for exploring, and the hotel rents motorcycles and bicycles at competitive prices—don't hesitate.

Rooms were a good size, basic but absolutely fine and everywhere was clean. Hieu was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. She gave us information on attractions and places to eat and there was an option to book trips. The day we checked out we could leave our bags there and were also use a shower before we left.We went on a motorbike your with Le Family Riders to the pagoda, tombs, incense village and abandoned waterpark....highly recommend.Also there is a great food place,Món ăn đặc sản, on the same alley as the hotel. We got take away sandwiches for the train, wish we'd had a meal there too as they were very friendly and the sandwiches were good!

Super nice Hotel with the most helpfull People. They helped us book our train tickets and gave us excellent advice for what to go see in the city.The Hotel itself is very clean and nice. The location is great too. Would recommend this Hotel to anyone looking to spend some time in the wondeful city of Hue.

Amazing stay with incredibly helpful and friendly staff — highly recommended! The hotel offers motorbike rentals and tour options, and the location is excellent.

Hieu has been the best host on our trip through Asia. She was very helpful and assisted us with the scooter rental and bus to Ninh Binh. The room was spotless and the location was excellent.

The receptionist, Hieu was one of the best receptionists we’ve had through our travels! She was so helpful throughout our stay. Don’t know what we would have done without her!! Thank you so much Hieu!!! The cleaning staff were excellent! Location was great to wherever we wanted to go to. It was all good here!

location was awesome, the bed was insanely comfortable, and we got our room cleaned for only staying two nights which was a great surprise. staff let us keep our backpacks there even after checking out. 10/10 would recommend

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The owner was very kind and friendly every time we came through the lobby. The building was quiet. The location was great - near many restaurants and stores. The room is basic but comfortable. The shower was a good temperature. The WiFi worked very well. Overall, a great value for money.

Staff as welcoming as always!A friend stayed this time too and also found the staff to be super friendly!A different room this time and bed was as comfy as ever.Also found out that they have ground floor rooms making it easily accessible for when my parents come to visit!

It’s super clean, clearly a lot of care has gone into the room with touches like hangers, extra toiletries, nice workspace, etc. the room and hotel are very budget-friendly, so it’s not like a luxurious place. But it has everything you could need and the staff is incredible. Oh also a great location!

The location is within walking distance of Western Street. Our taxi driver refused to drop us off at the hotel entrance because it is located in a narrow alley. However, the staff were friendly, and the bed was large (I booked a king bed). Overall, it was good value for money.

Inconvenient access and no elevator.

The staff was really exceptionally friendly. I was always addressed by name and when I was a little ill they often asked how I was. The room was comfortable, with a good bed and a very clean bathroom. The hotel is located in a pleasant, quiet side street but still very central.
