Ruby Hotel

It’s perfect location, right in the center of Hue city! It is safe and beautiful! I was surprise to see so many foreigner, tourist destination here.

The hotel is in very quiet area. It is super clean and well organization. The property provide all amenities as needed! The room has perfect air conditioning. Bathroom is very spacious. Cool and hot water and plumbing system very strong. Bedroom is beautiful decoration and feels comfortable. I am highly recommendation for all!

The owner was really helpful and organized some trips for us. The area around the hotel is great, many restaurants!

The bed was a little hard, the rooms are pretty old, but for the Price, it is absolutely ok!

The staff was so welcoming and caring. The room was very clean and comfortable. There's an elevator, although small, which is always appreciated. Location is great but still stays quiet. Lovely place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our several-day stay at the Hong Thien Ruby Hotel. The location is outstanding, right off a lively street near the river with plentiful restaurants and shopping, but at the end of a peaceful alley. The owner graciously arranged transportation for us from the airport and then a personal escort from a main street because the smaller street was closed to traffic on the weekends. There are a number of vegetarian/vegan restaurants in the area, and Ruby Hotel provided ample choices and basically all you can eat for breakfast. The rooms are spacious with plenty of hot water and toiletries. I highly recommend Hong Thien Ruby Hotel!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke English sufficiently well to communicate, which is not always the case in most hotels we stayed in Vietnam

Hotel location was excellent — close to bars and restaurants but tucked away from the main street, so it was nice and quiet at night. Around 30min walk from Imperial city. The room was spacious and comfortable, though a bit outdated, but for the price, it was definitely worth it. Breakfast was good as well. They offered a small menu to order from, and the food was good. Overall, a great value for money!

Great hospitality, very warm welcome and comfort stay; great location; elevator in the building, owners were very helpful.

The husband and wife team at reception are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the many options for breakfast, cooked when you order what you want. They accommodated my gluten free dietary needs very well. The room was nice and clean, and well appointed. Great location just off the busy pedestrian street (on weekends) with lots of restaurants and shops, but quiet since it’s half a block down an alley.

The wifi was not as strong as it could be in our room but fine in the lobby.

Very good location, within walking distance to all necessities, the host provided us a map and explanation of the surrounding. Good wi-fi, good water pressure in the shower. All basic amenities provided.

The host was very overbearing and engaged in a lot of conversation trying to upsell us when we were really tired and just wanted to go to sleep.The breakfast menu is pretty unimaginative, mostly western dishes instead of local cuisine and with small portions.At first we were given a room with a clogging toilet and a leaking AC unit, but it was exchanged for a better room.

The very hospitable and kind hosts of this little hotel is a reason for itself to stay there. It is located in the "happening" area of the city but in a small alley at the back to avoid most of the noise. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast very good and you can arrange excursions directly from the hotel.

WiFi could be better and one of the bed matrices called for a change, but perfectly fine for our 3 days stay.

Location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel offers very good services but the greatest asset is wonderful staff. The lady in the reception helped us with arranging great tours and convenient transportation.

The hosts were very very kind, food was delicious and you could order whatever you want. Room was very big, quiet and comfy (1st floor, in the back)

They were beyond friendly, always willing to help, and made us feel completely at home. It was like being welcomed into a family!
