Gardenia Hue Hotel

Staff was absolutely amazing. They always greeted you with a smile and were so active in helping with anything. Thank you Lisa, Julia and Alice and the young gentleman that really worked the morning breakfast. You made our stay so inviting.

The bed was so hard that I could not sleep. After we were there for 3 nights they purchased a thick foam top pad for the mattress. I slept the next 7 days like a baby. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff truly made the difference — everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. We contacted the hotel in advance asking if it would be possible to have a room ready at 9am due to our early arrival, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. When we arrived, our room was already prepared, which was such a relief after a long journey.The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything felt well maintained. The location is another huge plus — the hotel is right in the centre of Hue, making it easy to walk to restaurants, attractions, and explore the city.Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes, including both local and international options. On top of that, there are plenty of great cafés just steps away from the hotel, perfect for grabbing a coffee or a quick bite during the day.Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of outstanding staff, comfort, cleanliness, and a perfect location makes it an easy recommendation. I truly couldn’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again.

Centrally located, very convenient. Staffs were wonderful. They were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent with great food for such a low nightly rates. Great value for money.

Location is great if you like Hue's nightlife. Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful!

Honestly nothing!

This hotel was wonderful. very accommodating to tired travelers and the staff were amazing and could not have been more helpful. Julia is extremely knowledgeable and helped us planned our time in Hue perfectly. The location was perfect and we could walk everywhere.

Clean and spacious room with ambient light

We stayed at the Gardenia Hue Hotel for one night for a weekend trip. We were quickly and warmly greeted by hotel receptionists, whom throughout our stay were very caring, attentive and patient. The room that we requested was clean, spacious and overall great for the price. The air conditioning, Internet and hot water all worked very well. We enjoyed the hotel location as it was close to restaurants, shops and Grab car rides away from major tourist attractions. Overall, this is a hotel we would book again.

The staff friendly and attentive. Room size and facilities were great. Location was excellent. Local and western breakfast was great.

The property is located close to the lots of restaurants and has everything you need nearby. The hotel is very clean and the mattresses are super comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helped us with location recommendations and a bike rent. Breakfast is good as well.

Everything’s great!

The hotel is located right in the city center. However, it's very quiet inside, no noise from the street. The room was clean, nice and comfortable. There is breakfast included in the price. We enjoyed staying at this hotel, the room was very cozy and like at home ?

It would be great to have blackout curtains on the small windows in the room. The sun might shine right on the pillow from 6 am in the morning

Excellent location Clean rooms Good breakfast. Julia has been a treasure. You need to tell her your plan and she takes care of all logistics. For Hue need to spend at least 2 full days to see UNESCO sites.

This hotel was perfectly positioned for getting to the river and night market. My room on 7th floor had a slight river view through the staircase. It also was positioned that I could see the sunset from there. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The best sleep I've had in Vietnam so far. The shower was a proper one, separate from the toilet with a glass door to keep everything tidy. They provided most of the toiletries needed including a sewing kit that I happened to need on my trip! The room had a kettle and free green tea and instant coffee. The air-conditioning could be controlled so I set it on warm as it was a bit chilly when I visited in April. The staff didn't hassle me about tours and gave me fantastic restaurant recommendations which I used. The places they suggested were busy whilst other places empty, the quality of food fantastic and prices reasonable.

The breakfast was a let down. It's suited to Asian tastes with soups featuring heavily. I tried the scrambled eggs and that was fishy tasting. Crepes were tiny saucer sized and bread on offer stale.

Lovely staff, each and everyone of them couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was the best in Vietnam, and made to order so fresh. Rooms were a good size, little old but absolutely fine and very handy location, everything on your door step. Thank you staff including the chef you made it for us.

The room was quiet (just as I have asked) very clean, and the staff was extremely helpful with advices to arrange my stay and making me feeling comfortable. One of the best hotels I have stayed in Vietnam. Highly recommend.
