Hue Nino Hotel

Excellent location and brilliant and helpful staff. Breakfast also included

The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was spacious.

The toilet in the shower stall. A minor ant problem fixed with mosquito repellent.

The service was outstanding - perhaps the best I have ever had in any hotel! There was a several flooding in Hue. Hotel employee took excellent care of us and offered us 3 meals a day and gave us an extra day for free. He took care of our every need

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was genuine and natur

The friendliness and natural warmth of the staff is the key ingredient of this small well located guesthouse. They know their business and are. Dry proud of if. Breakfast is lovely too.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff.

This is a great location right by the busy areas, but tucked away in an alley where it is more quiet. The staff were so friendly and ready to help. They provided a great breakfast.

Such helpful and friendly staff made us feel really welcomed. Clean and comfortable accommodation and excellent value with great breakfast included.

Very good breakfast and clean room, very nice hosts

Very hard mattress.

Very nice, friendly staff, nice pool

Noisy street

It was amazing, everything we needed for a great price, well located. Comfortable beds, hot water, air conditioner, clean, nice staff speaking French and English.

No elevator

Lovely staff - they really make you feel at home and are very kind.

There are only stairs to reach the rooms. And the rooms are quite small. The shower head is pointed at the toilet which is not very comfortable.

Rare breed, I stayed at many small family owned places, this place has the right stuff with hospitality from the first greeting to the last farewell were all professionally done. The place is clean, tasteful decor, the breakfasts are freshly prepared and provided useful information. The location is great, close to many eateries and a block away from the nightly walking streets. Bike rental on site is a plus. Staff also speaks both English and French. Would stay here again.

Don’t have elevator.

The staff was really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast is good, various selection and gives you some extra if you want.

The bathroom drain is build weirdly. The water from the shower goes through the whole bathroom and is quite uncomfortable to stand in it after getting out of the shower. The room does not have any storage options.

Great communication, perfect service. One of the best breakfasts we had in Vietnam! Room was bright and comfortable. Location was also great considering the price level of the room. :)

Good sized comfortable room, very clean, lovely staff, in centre of Hue

No major criticism

Location was perfection. Great recommendations from attractions to places to eat. Staff were so friendly. Room was spotless

Lovely room, really friendly staff and breakfast made freshly to order every morning. Plus fresh fruit! Great location and just a few minutes away from cafes and restaurants. Walked to the Imperial City in 25 mins. Enjoyed my stay!

Nothing all good :)

staff were super friendly & helpful, Breakfast was cooked fresh daily. Good location for restaurants & nightlife.

The location was terrific allowing us to walk to the market and Citadel. It was central but hidden in an alley so very quiet at night. Our rooms were spacious and had a kettle, fridge and water. The staff were very helpful and spoke amazing English. The breakfast was nice and freshly made. For the price, location and service it was good.

The hotel is an old building without a lift so that might be difficult for some people. Our toilet was inside the shower so that was unusual and a little cramped. There was a slight old/mould smell in bathroom.

Lovely little place down an alleyway. The owner Nin and her husband and staff were all so lovely and helpful. We loved our stay at Hue Nino hotel. Rooms are small, very clean, no safe for valuables though. The breakfast was yummy and great location for all of the food destinations.
