Clean rooms, breakfast and helpfull staff

Ruby and team were great, friendly, remembered our names, very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great, including local options. Room was nice, quiet, and the bed was comfy.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, they spoke great English, the breakfast was fabulous, and the location is perfect.

Good location in city center though the hotel is a bit hidden in an alley. Walking distance to a night market street with lots of food options. Exceptional service from the staff, who always went the extra mile to make our stay even better.

Absolutely wonderful! Ruby and her staff took excellent care of us. The rooms and the hotel are beautiful and quiet. Spotlessly clean, lovely decor, high quality beds and linens. Rooms are spacious. WiFi is strong. Breakfast is very good and reasonably priced. We hired a couple of tours, one to see the local sights and one to transport us to Hoi An. Our driver, Huy, was fantastic and we enjoyed ourselves so much. We would 100% recommend the Scarlett hotel for a comfortable stay in Hue.

beware of the exchange rate at the hotel, booking.com charged me $213 for 5 days but I end up paying $220 because the hotel lower the exchange rate. I will talk to booking.com about the situation.

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in Vietnam. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Modern bathroom. Location is good. Front desk staff is super friendly (they always knew my name). The arranged a motorbike to take me to 2 of the tombs and the pagoda which I enjoyed. I’d definitely stay here again and I think basically everyone would like it.

The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I had forgotten to tell them that we didn't have hot water when we left for dinner and when I mentioned it when we returned after dinner, it was immediately addressed. We had asked to store our luggage as we arrived on the over night sleeper train and were pleasantly surprised to find our rooms ready for us to check into . We had requested ahead of time a driver from the train station to the hotel and a tour guide for seeing the sights the day we arrived. Both the driver and the guide exceeded our expectations. The driver kept the car running and cooled off on the very hot and humid day of sight seeing. The guide was very knowledgable and modified our tour for us due to the extreme heat that day.

The hotel is near a lively area with lots of restaurants and it is a pretty short walk to the citadel and market. The room was very clean and beautifully furnished. The staff was very nice and provided some good restaurant recommendations.

The room is perhaps a little over furnished with a comfy chair and table that actually made it difficult to manage luggage, but this is a very minor issue at a lovely hotel.

Location was very central, rooms were clean and comfortable.Breakfast was lovely choice of western or Vietnamese foods. Ruby and the team helped with recommendations on restaurants and tours.Bed was very comfortable and shower nice and warm.

The property is located in a strategic location, set slightly back from the main road, which makes it much quieter but still convenient for walking to all the city's points of interest.Warm welcome at check-in with fresh fruit and a welcome soft drink.The large room, perfectly clean and equipped with all comforts.The buffet breakfast was fresh, very varied and tasty.The hotel's strong point is the reception staff, always available, kind and competent. Friendly and welcoming, they made us feel truly at home: I remember some names because we had the opportunity to speak: Linda, Roise, Ryan. However, all the staff deserve a special "thanks" because they were all truly kind.Really recommended.

Beautiful spacious rooms with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Great central location.

Well situated close to a lively night area (restaurants / bars ...), yet just far enough to be quiet.The staff was lovely and helpful all the way through.The room was clean, comfy, spacious and properly equipped. We've got a plate of complementary fresh fruits in there, that's a nice touch.We had breakfast only once there : it is a small buffet but with fresh and tasty offerings. On top of that, you can ask for some specific dishes to be cooked for you in advance, like crepes with fruits or omelets, scrambled eggs (they have about ten on the menu I think). They'll be freshly cooked for you when you get there in the morning. That's included in the breakfast price.Definitely a great place to stay in Hue !

Rooms were comfortable and location was good for restaurants and bars.

Staff were a little brusque and breakfast was not that inspiring.

We had a great time, the hotel was amazing! Clean, comfortable! The staff so helpful, specially Linda and Dauzl! They made out time in Hue even more special! Definitely recommend!

Kelly, Ryan and Rosie were friendly and welcoming and did everything they could to make our stay special. They arranged a private tour of the citadel, tombs and incense village with a local driver/guide, Ham, who was friendly, knowledgeable and provided recommendations for places to eat. We had an early start one morning and were provided with a nice breakfast box to take with us.

First of all, the wonderful hotel stuff team, who went above and beyond to make your stay as smooth and pleasant as possible. Large, clean and well-appointed rooms, a plate of fresh fruit was a nice welcome. Breakfast, in addition to the standard items, allows you to try local Hue specialties. The location is right next to the city's entertainment center, a short walk to the river promenade and a slightly longer one to the Citadel.Despite some remarks below we will remember our stay as very enjoyable.

Despite the hotel being in the second line of buildings, you have to reckon with the fact that the rooms at the front will be affected by noise from nearby pubs and restaurants, where extremely loud music is played outside (this is a custom specific to Hue, from what I have noticed). Luckily, this madness ends around 10-11 p.m.There is a lot of humidity in the room with a specific smell, despite the sunny and warm weather outside.The balcony turned out to be useless due to the aforementioned noise, lack of furniture and the fact that it overlooked a residential building very close by.

Cute little boutique hotel just back from the Main Street - staff are lovely and the beds are comfortable, room is clean and spacious.Unfortunately like a few have mentioned, there is a damp/musty smell, the hotel have dehumidifiers in each room but they fill up over night pretty quickly
