The staff service was absolutely fantastic. Extremely good reception experience, very efficient room service. Pool was a very nice add-on on the rainy day. The view from the room -excellent due to large windows, very good breakfast .

Breakfast was plentiful in terms of variety, but the quality of the food was only okay. Coffee was extremely dark, too bitter to drink without milk and/or sugar. For coffee drinkers who prefer plain black coffee it was not good.The room was spacious and service staff was very helpful.

The hotel offered a tea coupon for newly arrived guests. I ordered a hot tea and it came neither hot nor cold. It should not be difficult to make a cup of hot tea.

Spotless clean and well run hotel, staff very attentive and helpful.Breakfast has an abundance of choices.

Pool and gym area not impressive.

Excellent location in terms of attractions (Citadel is an easy walk across the bridge, as are restaurants) and services (laundry service is next door, and the Cinestar Hue next door is an added bonus). Rooms are clean and spacious, good variety for breakfast buffet, great cityscape view at restaurant and Sky Bar, and the spa services were popular. The entire staff at hotel is uniformly excellent: polite, helpful, respectful, efficient, and friendly. The receptionists Huang and Thu were especially helpful in sorting out arrivals and day trip tours of the region. Service was offered in English, Vietnamese and French.

Only minor comment was that the curtain in my street-facing room didn’t fully close at the corner, allowing light into the room so didn’t get complete darkness.

What a Gem this hotel is that makes Hoe a great place to visit for tourist like me. Great hotel which is 4 star but has quality of 5 star hotel. Staff is excellent and so courteous and willing to please the customers always. This hotel has excellent breakfast which I throughly enjoyed as it has so many options for every one. This hotel is conveniently located. I just loved to stay here and I will definitely come again here when in Hoe

Does apply as I didn’t find amything negative only except that hot water tanks for each room are small and inadequate as it runs out quickly of hot water and I had to wait for it to heat again for 20 minutes to use the shower again.

Other guests rather noisy. Not a problem of the hotel. Was overcharged for ride to airport.

Stayed in 1101. Underneath the 12th floor restaurant. Noise at night and early in the morning came through the floor/rceiling. Very noticeable. Loud even. Needs soundproofing.

No ac in lobby. Huge gap in window looking into bathroom. Breakfast mediocre. AC was blowing directly into bed.

The pool and spa area was uncomfortable. There was no place to sit and needed to be accessed by stairs. The jacuzzi was broken and it you wanted to use the sauna or steam bath you needed to pay extra

The buffet breakfast was varied and enjoyable. The room was very comfortable with a great view. Staff were lovely to deal with.

Very central, restaurant provided a good selection of food for breakfast and a free complimentary cocktail in sky bar on arrival. Great views from the sky bar. The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and a good size.

Booking.com are not very accurate in relation to the room details- be careful when booking, some rooms do not have windows, so if you get a little claustrophobic check in advance. I arrived and was assigned two windowless rooms- thankfully they had empty rooms in the hotel and I was able to upgrade (at a cost!).

Very spacious room, nice bathroom, great breakfast with a view, very friendly staff, good location. Great spa and pool.

On the second floor our room was right in front of the elevator; due to the way of the doors, we could hear everything and it was loud. We were also unlucky as some other guests were extremely rude and made ridiculous noise and all sorts of behaviours in the corridor, disturbing everyone from 5am. It would be good to show consideration for others and realise you are not alone at home. Also, although not a real issue, our window looked out directly onto a wall. It would be nice to know this in advance, as we were expecting floor to ceiling windows with some views of the city.

Absolutely loved it here! The service was incredible they were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Especially Quynh, Thu and Huong! The facilities were exceptional and couldn’t fault them in anyway. We made full use of the gym, pool and sauna and were very happy with these. The breakfast was also great with a huge variation to choose from. We have very high standards for cleanliness and these were not only met but exceeded. Definitely recommended this place and we will definitely be back.

We loved everything, the only thing which could improve is that the tv is slightly outdated but that’s very minor

Amazing value for money!The hotel is quite fancy, room super spacious and impeccably clean, with huge comfortable bed.The breakfast is quite varied and very good too and location is very good too. You can walk to the imperial city in about 15 minutes.

The property was in a very central location, close to the river and walking distance to Imperial City. There were also several coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
