good location, near walking street

The price was too high. $48/ night for a very very small and stuffy room with 2 beds. We could see stains and dandruff on the pillows, which means the beds weren't cleaned.

The location is not so far from the interesting places

I would not recommend you to book a room in this hostel. Our room was very small.The room was very humid, mold present on the ceiling and walls.Our stuff was completely damp after less than 24h and the floor would not dry in the room.You can find something a lot nicer for the same price range.The bed was uncomfortable and we kept getting bitten at night by mosquitos.I would not book this place unless there is nothing else available

This accommodation was downright filthy and an absolute no-go. The moment we walked in, we were hit by a strange, disgusting smell. The room itself was anything but clean: stains on the duvet, urine still in the toilet and an overall level of dirtiness that made it clear no proper cleaning had been done. Since we arrived after midnight and no staff were available, we had no choice but to spend the night in this disgusting room—something we would normally never do. The next morning, we reported the issue and even showed them photos of the filth, but instead of offering any kind of solution, they simply dismissed our complaint. Their excuse? Since we had already slept there, they couldn’t ‘do anything about it.’ Absolutely disgraceful! If you expect even basic hygiene and customer service, stay far away from this place. This was a truly disgusting experience.

The staff are friendly and the facility is passable - not exactly squeaky clean but it matches the price, so I'm not complaining. My air conditioner was broken, but they changed the room for me later on. They listened and were helpful.

The only problem is when I showed up at the exact address as shown in Booking, they told me that they were out of vacant room and moved me to another place of a different address and name. They didn't even notice Booking on that, so this turned out to be a problem because Booking marked me as "no show" and almosy charged me for a no show penalty. I had to explain the process.

Good location as there is a lot around you in walking distance.

We didn't dare shower here- everything is dirty, also smells.The bed was like sleeping on a plank on 2" wood.This place has no lift and our room was up 6 flights on stairs also so not very accessible.The bedding and bed STANK. We had to put clothes down to sleep on.

The staff do no speak English at all. There was a very noisy and disturbing techno music from one of the room of the hostel but nothing was done. The room was not ready at the check-in time. Poor quality.

The location was perfect. Close to everything by walking. Reception and cleaning lady was very friendly. We arrived at 9 pm as we told them bevor. It looked like some was in our room bevor, because they started cleaning when we arrived, so all the floor in the room was wet. The rest where clean.

Didn't had the room we booked, given a bad room. Also the place did not had hot water. Will not be back.

The comedy value of the receptionist writing what she was trying to say in Vietnamese after realising that I didn’t speak Vietnamese, hilarious! This was because she didn’t understand me when I said I had a reservation even after showing her the email!

I booked a deluxe double room and was shown to a room with a 3/4 bed crammed between the ‘bathroom’ and the wall. The only other floorspace was what allowed the door to open into the room. It was filthy like a scene out of trainspotting and there was no window. I immediately walked out without bothering to ask for a refund, they clearly needed the money

when we arrived for the check in they wanted to give us another room for the same price but way more smaller! the staff (old woman) was not good at all with us and at some point seems that she was try to cover us more money!!

The staff was helpful. The location is great.
