Century Riverside Hue Hotel

Staff is very helpful, patient and very polite. In fact they went out of their ways to assist us. Definitely we will stay at this hotel again and will recommend it to our friends and others.

The swimming pool was not available at the time. However they provided us access to another pool. We look forward to swim in the hotel's pool in our next trip.

Good location, very security, cleanness, breakfast buffet is good and the lobby is excellent.

Pretty much every thing about the hotel. Towers looks like 10-years old towers. Shower is weak. Door could not closed easily.

Staff was super friendly and made us breakfast to go when we had an early wake up for a tour.

Definetly more outdated than the pictures show. There is burning right beside the hotel often and our room reeked of it. Also our bed was broken and we had to request a new room

Breakfast. I extended my stay by two nights; the hotel accomodated me with this without problem.

I would love to have stayed at such a welcoming property indefinitly.

the staff were great and Helpful. Hai was so helpful and made sure all was well. great breakfast, the location was great nice river walk, and walking street was a cross the main street with lots of restaurants and shops. pool area was nice.. room was a good size.

the room needs better lighting and better use of space. there was this large pretty much empty space when you walk in the room with only two small chairs. they could turn it into a nice sitting area. the balcony was nice needs to be cleaned up and chairs to sit on would be nice. the tub in the bathroom was old and had spots were you could tell they had patched. The hotel is being slowly renovated which is great because it very dated and is in need of it.

I stayed this hotel two times in last five years. Both times, I enjoyed the stay. They do room cleaning every day and give two bottles of complementary water. So I was able to stay with a fresh feeling.

If you use hot water continuously, water gets cold and you have to wait a few minutes to get the hot water tank filled.

Location : on the riverside walkway amd walking distance (2 km) to the Citadel. Also 1.5 km to Dong Ba market. Veey Close to several street food restaurants, Vietnamese delicacy markets, massage parlors and ATMs.Amazing breakfast with enormous variety, and healthy and not healthy Vietnamese and Western dishesGood restaurants and cafes with a large variety of Vietnamese and Western dishes. They customized the Vietnamese dishes for me as I’m extremelt allergic to shrimpMini gym In house massage (lower prices outside though)

Perfect location. Beautiful views. Nice pool. Excellent service. Best buffet breakfast so far in Vietnam--fresh, delicious, and creative. Rooms are simple and have nice lighting and balconies. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

All staff were excellent: the receptionists, the cook, the kitchen manager and staff, the room service staff and the security staff. We stayed 13 days. We met many people. I cannot list all the names. However, a few names that I remember are Diem Thi Ha, Thu Ha (My Ha), Hai Yen, Tin, Chien. The views from the room and the breakfast area were excellent. The breakfast was great with a lot of varieties. The hotel was clean and tidy. The pool was good. I swam almost every day in the pool. We will definitely come back.

The check in was smooth. The lobby and the entrance is big and clean. Lobby staffs helped us with our luggages. Welcome drinks were provided with a smile. We liked the location very much. It is near of the walking streets for the restaurants and near the river for the boat trips. The staff are very friendly, helpful and always welcoming. They treated us very well. Everyone are always polite and smiling.The breakfast buffet was wide with a soup and egg station and more of asian food side. Everyday they provide water in the room and pool towels.The food at the restaurant were all very good for a small lunch, you can order it from the swimming pool.

This hotel have seen better days. It says 4 stars but:I feel bad to say bad things because I have a mix feeling about this hotel. The hotel staffs are very kind but i need to write an honest review base on our experience, because then they can improve it right?This hotel very big and grand from the outside but it is old inside.If you look closely.The carpets are really not clean around the hotel and restaurant, it looked dirty.Rooms:I booked a connecting room ( for 4 people) to have more space even though we are just 2 adults and 1 child)But the room was very small. You cannot even open 3 luggages.The bathroom was VERY small you cannot even fit one person, it was really UNCOMFORTABLE.You cannot shower properly in the bathtub. It was the worst. It was not very relaxing. And I thought this is a big room for 4 people.Housekeeping:They were very kind and polite always smiling and sweet, but they don't clean very well.If you enter the room you think it is clean but it's not.There is a lot of dust in the room. Under the bed is so dusty and sticky( talking about dust that accumulates over time)I have a bad feeling that under the beds were not cleaned for a very long time in this room type.We found a used tissues and used ear cotton swabs under the bed and on the side under the curtains we found an underwear from old guests.I informed the reception immediately and the housekepping cleaned it right away but it is still very dusty. I tried to explain the cleaning lady to please clean under the bed, showed it to her and to the reception, tried to explain using google translate but it was still so dusty under the bed, it was so frustrating, after a long travel I'm just so tired I just give up, you cannot communnicate with them in English.I just gave up, I don't want to ruin our 4 nights in Hue.

The location was awesome. It was right in the middle of the walking street. The hotel was good. Rooms were comfortable..Buffet was good with many Vietnamese dishes. Many shops near by. You can walk around and explore. A five to 7 min walk to the colourful lighting bridge and the perfume river. Cross the bridge you will find the Dong Ba market.

We had a really great stay here. The location in excellent and the staff were so helpful - they assisted with booking local boat trips and a transfer to our next destination.

Location on the river, close to bars and restaurants.

Facility is tired and has maintenance issues, has an air of neglect. Best of luck sleeping if your room faces the street as the music noise from multiple bars can be intrusive. Photos of hotel are definitely enhanced to augment and mask the reality.

The location is good, the pool is nice and clean.

The noise in the evening is very loud, we could hear the live music/karaoke playing until midnight, every night, not only in the weekend.
