MOONLIGHT BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Great hotel. Very clean, comfortable rooms with nice staff and an awesome breakfast included. no problems at all.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. One room was noisy but the hotel upgraded me to a better room that was more quiet without any additional charges. I will stay here again in the future.

Nothing to dislike.

Nice rooftop pool, good breakfast. Rooms are decent. Good value for price

Perfect swimming pool on roof top, good location close to walking street (nightlife) and good restaurants. Room with balcony on quiet street, nice

To select in advance (day before) the hour and menu of breakfast

Very new and comfortable hotel with excellent staff and a good breakfast.

Great location near lots of restaurants and short walk to River. Clean room, very friendly staff great breakfast.

My partner and I arrived in Hue on the sleeper train , and went to ask if we could leave our bags at the hotel until it was check-in time. We were greeted warmly and told that our room would be ready shortly ,and if we would like to have a coffee, (and fruit!) they would get us sorted. We were also given an upgrade to a room with a little balcony...fantastic!Throughout our stay there, the reception staff were so helpful, getting us bikes, and laundry sorted. The ladies who made breakfast fresh each day were very smiley, and did a great job.Lovely clean room with huge , comfortable beds.

The location of this hotel is smack in the middle of the backpackers area. There are many restaurants and eateries to choose from. Laundry services, mini marts and travel agencies are close by to the hotel. One can easily walk across the river to Dong Ba market. Breakfast provided is basic but delicious.

We rented a private car with driver through the hotel for a full day. We later discovered the travel agencies nearby offer a much lower price than the hotel.

Superb location, helpful staff, no problem with English, nice clean room, great breakfast.

The hotel is in a good central location, even if it is a little bit hard to reach for Grab/taxi since it is in a small side street. The room has simple, modern furniture. The shower is spacious, which is really nice. The staff is very, very friendly and also the breakfast is nice (you order it in the evening and get it served on the top floor).

Other guests were a little bit too loud (family with kids).

We only stayed for one night because we have already booked another accomodation and spontaneously decided to arrive a day earlier, but it was very nice. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very good value, and good location for restaurants. Wonderful breakfast with multiple dishes. Nice and clean room.

A little bit noisy in the hotel.

Nice pool, big comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The staff is very friendly and eager to help you with anything.

For us the issue was value. The price per night is above average and although the facilities are nice it just isn't worth what they ask for when compared to other options. Breakfast is a lot of quantity but ok'ish (quality isn't there), the room looks nice but really is ok'ish. The pool looks amazing but it's quite small and the views are ok'ish. If this was better priced it would have been a 9 or even 10/10. We paid around 670k/night.

Arrived early morning and booked in with no problem and offered breakfast at a very reasonable rate which was perfect after a long journey. Staff lovely and very friendly.

The room, location and staff

Bfast area not so nice

This hotel was amazing! Such a great location, the rooms were beautiful and clean. The breakfast was exceptional and we really really enjoyed it. The top thing however, were the staff. They were so friendly and went above and beyond for us. Give this hotel a chance, it doesn’t have many reviews as it is new! It is a fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this newly opened hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, though you do need to make your selections the day before. The facilities are very nice, with a lovely pool to relax by. A great touch is the availability of drinking fountains, eliminating the need for bottled water. Highly recommended!

Great place. It was a new hotel and I think they are still in the process of setting up a breakfast.

There was no heater and we were very cold . The shower has a timer that goes cold after a few minutes.

The pool was nice, the staff friendly

Too few windows

Super clean and the pics online are a genuine reflection of the hotel, cleanliness and pool area!

Beds were a little hard, but overall the hotel is fab
