Staffs are super friendly and attentive, breakfast is delicious, location is perfect with lots of restaurants around.

The hotel is centrally located, very convenient for traveling and connecting to tourist attractions and delicious restaurants.

I went at the end of the tourist season, past peak season, if the room rates were a little lower at this time it would be better

The staff were super friendly and warm. We also somehow got an extra big room.

Nothing really worked. The windows didn't close unless forced, the toilet didn't flush right, there were ants in the bathroom (on the 3th floor) and the bed was very hard

Many things not working on arrival,apart from the young girl on the front desk,who did try to fix the issues and was pleasant,but was not really that experienced,it showed a lack of customer service ,and I have never stayed in a hotel where the bed sheets had not been ironed and the bed was not even made correctly. This hotel will be on a downward spiral,unless some effort is made by management to improve. Obviously we would not stay there again.

Bed linen and bed making, lack of hot water,toilet not flushing and filling correctly, no bulb replacement available for bedside lamp, no breakfast or eating facilities despite being on the advert, in room safe had to be changed, TV remote missing, all in all pretty poor.

Location. Quiet yet restaurants and coffee shops shops within a couple of minutes, the citadel about 30 mins by footHelpful staff

Really minor picky things but a bin in the bedroom would have been useful and the plug mechanism in the bathroom was broken

The staff specially nhu and van were very cooperative. The room was clean and they took care of us. The SPA facility was also very well organised and value for money.

I do not really remember how many times I’ve stayed here (more than 10, as far as I recall). However, it never lets me down a single time.The staff are super supportive and friendly. The location is convenient to move around. The room is clean and tidy. The price is appropriate.All in all, a must stay hotel if you have an opportunity to visit Hue!

The staffs were nice, restaurant on lower level had pretty decent food, and staffs were so attentitive

The staffs were soo kind. They helped me with everything. My wait time for checking in was expedited and when i asked to move to a different room from the one in my reservation, they agreed to my request!! Best stay in hue, and very cheap price

The staff were all lovely (besides a few ignoring us to answer their phones / text), the room was very light & good location.

The bathroom had some ants. The bathroom bin also had things already in when we arrived. It was very noisy early in the morning ! (breakfast looked not so great we actually avoided it for our stay)

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town in an alleyway overlooking the river. The room is quiet and clean, exceptionally pleasant staff. Good price-quality combination. The breakfast is modest, but it also costs very little.

They gave me a different room than what I ordered. It was cheaper, smaller and with a worse view. If the size of the room was enough for me, about 22 square meters instead of the required 27, I was disappointed with the view from the room. I specifically booked a slightly more expensive room with a good view of the river, as the view from the window is an important component of comfort for me.

Problem with the air conditioner, absence the hot water, inconvenient beds and pillows

Great location. Really comfortable bed. Spacious room. Breakfast was good. We also had 2 great spa treatments.

The staff was friendly and happy to help with anything. I really enjoyed the spa. The room was spacious with good amount of tables, chairs, and counter space. I liked the hotels location. It had a good selection of channels on the tv for me and my 12 year old son. We both enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast wasn’t my favorite, but the location is nice so you can easily go to a number of close places instead.
