The location was great, right on the walking street but the window facing sideways to the noise which made it more quiet

The location is great for the walking street and imperial city.

Our room was not cleaned at all. There were ants everywhere, the garbage wasn’t changed from the last guest, there was a used razor in the shower. When we arrived (an hour after check-in time) we got taken to our room and watched as they simply shook the sheets and put them back on the bed. That was the extent of their “cleaning”.

The room is clean, decent facilities, staffs are friendly, good locations to explore Hue

The hotel is in the middle of Western district so a lot of night activities like drinking and dancing to 2-3am across the street. I can barely sleep at night as I'm a fussy sleeper so I only got 3-4 hrs of sleep/night throughout the 2 nights I was here

I loved the room and the hotel decor, it was close to everything and brilliant value for money

It was very very loud until at least 1am every night, definitely don’t stay here without earplugs or if you want an early night

The location is excellent, close to a lot of bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. The room is as advertised. Facilities such as wifi, AC and hot water worked well. The staff were helpful when we were stuck amidst a flood.

There was no daily housekeeping.

The room looks really nice and has everything you need.

There were hairs in the bathroom and the karaoke bar across was really loud.. nothing they can change, but something to consider while booking

Too noisy in the front rooms. Traffic and walking street music too loud. Better to choose a room at the back

Comfortable, great location, we extended our stay.

Just one small remark: the amenities in the bathroom could be improved, since the shampoo and shower gel were small and difficult to open plastic envelopes.

Nice room, good location

The arrival process was a bit difficult and where I put my luggage while awaiting my room didn't feel very safe. The staff doesn't speak English. It was quite noisy at night with loud music from a nearby restaurant. No social spaces to meet people

The room is exactly as shown in the pictures. The hostel is very recent (they are still doing some works) so everything feels new. Comfortable bed, a lot of space in the room, clean bathroom. They provide laundry service. Most of the members of the staff don't speak English, but we could manage. The location is ideal: inside the area that is closed to traffic at night, but in a small street, so no noise at all. We loved it, totally recommend it.

The room is just as in pictures, is big, very clean and beautiful. It is very well located, with a lot of good restaurants around. Staff is very nice, they helped us with everything we needed. I would highly recommend to stay here

This hostel is such a good deal! It is right on the edge of the night street, but it's a bit quieter at night.. Everything worked perfectly and was very clean. And the staff is very kind and helpful..

I've choosen the Shappire hotel because of the good location night street and the night-activities. Very warm welcome by Ms Gấm, and Mr Hanh and all the staff. They supported me very well during my. Nice room, food and so on. Fully suggested.

The hostel is located close enough to everything you want to do but far enough that the night crowd noise outside doesn’t keep you awake. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Na hostel Hue was made memorable by the wonderful hospitality and service from the hotel. All the staff including and the day trips drivers were absolutely wonderful and helpful. The location is a bonus. So close to the night street yet quiet for a good night’s rest..
