- Good size family room, hotel staff are very helpful and attentive. The hotel is close to all attractions in Hue and have everything we need.
Cons -
- Policies enacted by the owner are poor and not customer friendly. 1. During our 2 night family stay, asked for an iron in the room - never had an issue in our 2 week stay in Vietnam except here. Was told it was against hotel policy to provide and could either pay staff to iron or go to the staff room and do it there. After some to and fro they provided the iron for 20mins.2. On checkout was told to wait while they checked the room. The lady at the reception then showed me a picture of a used white wash cloth. Was told if it was too dirty then I would have to pay for it to be cleaned. I told her the purpose of the wash cloth was just that, so why should I pay to use their towels etc. to my bemusement, the housekeeping lady brought the wash cloth down to the reception and upon closer examination it was determined that it was not too dirty after all and I could checkout with paying an additional charge. These experiences spoilt what would otherwise have been a good stay. A shame!
