Valentino Homestay Hue

The property is very close to restaurants and bars yet it’s in a quiet neighborhood. While the power went out for a night, the staff helped me look for a different accommodation for that night and waived one night from my fees. The owner, Hoang, was really sweet. I would stay here again.

The water pressure on the 5th floor was not the best but it was okay.

This is surely one of the best value hotels in Vietnam. Everything was very good - staff, big room, lovely big opening windows that overlook trees and the small alley (recommend rooms 2.1, 3.1, 4.1, 5.1) great position close to many local restaurants and also the busy tourist area. Motor bike rental and tourism services provided without any fuss. Good wifi. And a special thanks to the lovely Miss Thao at reception who helped us when we had a small problem.

Location and friendly staff.

The window to the bedroom was into the corridor so felt like we could have any natural light into the bedroom. When having a showing the whole bathroom floor gets wet as the plug is located over near the toilet and not in the shower. The breakfast room smelt.

Staff were very friendly and the location in a smaller alley away from a busy street.Room had a separate kitchen and bedroom with A/C and heat.

The drain in the shower wasn’t sloped so water didn’t stay in the shower area. It’s an older building so you could hear other apartment plumbling. Some karaoke was a little loud some evenings.

Nice big airy room. A/C and fan. Comfortable bed. Bar fridge and electric jug. Great location.

Bathroom flooded. Shower leaky. Taps loose. Nothing too bad. But the tiles in the bathroom were extremely slippery when wet.

The lady on reception was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. She had excellent English.

We had a great stay in this hotel, the room is well equipped and comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful and kind. It is perfectly located on the vibrant night life area of Hue. We highly recommend the hotel to everyone on vacations in this city.

Karaoke nights next door were quite loud but that is just Vietnam?The only thing I found weird was the window. When booking the room, the windows show like proper windows on the photos, but in reality they face the corridor where all the guests and cleaners are constantly passing by, so you need to have the curtains closed at all times hence one can say the rooms have basically no windows. But it is not abig deal just that the images of rooms are misleading

The staff have been very helpful. We had an issue with the bathroom door but they fixed it straight away even if it was early in the morning.The position is great and very close to restaurants and Cosy Cafe.

Excellent value for money; great location and fantastic staff.

Only 1 tiny thing that didn’t spoil my stay at all, but the soundproofing between floors was poor; I could hear footsteps above, was really quiet apart from that.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was big and the location was great - close to good restaurants and an easy walk to different parts of Hue.

Our apartment could’ve been improved by lamps in the bedroom and more power sockets in the kitchen/living area, but the staff were very helpful when we told them that this was an issue.

The rooms at the beginning and the end of the row will be more spacious than the rooms in the middle because there are direct windows in the room. Sometime the wifi connection was not really good

Personally, I am very satisfied to have short-term vacation at Valentino Homestay.They provide excellent service and very friendly. Every thing from the cleanliness of the hotel, the design, the decor is the first impression. Its really really wonderful place for me. I will definitely be back if I visit Vietnam in the near futher.Highly recommend to everyone.

Nice staff with excellent englisch skills. Very central but in a quit alley. Sleeped very well. Thick beds!

For a homestay its quite big more like a hotel. But still nice!

Few extra kitchen utensils needed to cater for Western cooking.Extension lead needed for various appliances as no plugs in kitchen area.

The apartment was dirty, the sink was leaking like crazy. The quality of the place was different from what was shown on the pictures.
