The location was good, short walk to walking street.

The hotel was in need of refurbishment. The beds were comfortable but the towels were thread bare.

Lovely hotel which you can walk to many attractions. Room is spacious and very clean. Staff is really since and always smiling :) Bathroom also had an enclosed shower which we really appreciate. we stayed 2 nights.

The room was very comfortable and they took our luggage earlier than our check in.

The room in the bathroom remained wet for a long time because of the shower design

Good location near restaurants & within walking distance of the citadel. It's quiet & the room is big Receptionist is very helpful & speaks good English

The window panes are a little loose so they rattle in the wind, but it didn't keep me awake.

Lovely hotel near to restaurants, cafes etc. The on site Spa was the perfect place to get a massage after a tiring day sightseeing. Staff were very helpful.

Stayed here one night while motorbiking through Vietnam. Girl on reception was lovely and helpful with recommending where to visit & eat. Nice big room. Great value. Appreciate everyone here for a nice stay

Our room had a shared balcony and was equipped with everything you could possibly need (AC, warm water, water kettle, etc.). The hotel is also located really close to the river and the beautiful Truong Tien Bridge. We went to the coffee shop near the riverside almost every day ^^

Located on a quiet side street not far from the historic Hue citadel, this budget accommodation has large comfortable rooms and there are many restaurants, shops and cafes within easy walking distance. The ancient capital is 20+ minute walk along the picturesque Perfume river. Friendly staff that spoke good English for those that need it.

My room did not have a electric jug or tea or coffee (but I always bring my own anyway).

An older looking hotel that has had some exterior refurbishment. Spacious but basic room with a shared balcony. We only stayed 1 night before heading down to Hoi An so we didn't see very much around this area, but there are 2 upmarket hotels nearby for wining and dining.

We stayed here last year too and again this year. It is very calming and relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious. The view of sunset from balcony was nice as could see the mountains in far away.

Clean and tidy. Love the balcony view. The hotel is located right in the heart of Hue, just a walking distance to Truong Tien bridge and Perfume river. Good food is around as well.

No irons.No breakfast buffet. The bike rental fee is higher than other local shops.

We had a nice stay here. Very close to the river and citadle. The rooms are big and the bathroom is huge! The staff are helpful and booked our bus to Ninh binh for us. Definitely recommend ?

Comfortable bed, good water pressure and plenty of hot water, helpful and friendly staff. Good location for walking to the Imperial City as well as to the night life area with lots of great restaurants. They upgrade us to a larger room with balcony at no extra charge, which was very nice. Also, we arrived early in the morning but they gave us access to our room right away.

Service was good. Room was clean. The staff answered all our questions and tried to deliver what we asked for despite language barriers.
