It's like a hidden eden in the middle of Hue. A beautiful garden with a pool, Exelant food, comfy big room with a balcony. A perfect choice for relaxing and enjoying a hotel.

It's a bit far from the center .

A wonderful place to relax a bit outside of Hue (15 min by taxi, $ 3-4 one ride). Enjoyed Dinner and particularly a so wonderful breakfast, and watch the Koi feeding. Many thanks

The rooms and service were great. Everytime we re-entered the room it had been tidied up and they added nice little touches like leaving cookies or a book to read. My kids loved the golf cart taking us up and down the driveway and seeing the peacocks

It was a bit quiet around the restaurant, but that might have been down to the weather not being so nice during our stay.

Loved the contemporary design with interesting artifacts throughout the hotel & grounds. Fabulous staff, especially Joy who was so helpful arranging our local trips out & particularly a special birthday celebration with fabulous local musician & dancers. Great food, delicious dinners & extensive buffet breakfast. We stayed during preparations for the Tet, New Year & loved the arrangements made by staff to include us in putting up decorations

We personally liked the location slightly out of town being in tranquil surroundings. Taxis were readily available, organised by the helpful staff & inexpensive.

The rooms were a little loud at night

The hotel itself is very charming and with a lot of character . It is very peaceful, it feels like a very relaxing and zen location. I specially liked the rooms and the beautiful gardens . Breakfast was also very good. The staff was amazing , very accommodating. We were staying in one of the villas and were disturbed by the noise of chanting frogs from the pond nearby . It was so loud , that it kept us awake at night , so they immediately changed us to another room

Absolutely amazing. Beautiful designed hotel. Incredible style and atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, helpful and gave good advise. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. This hotel exceeded our expectations. 5 stars plus! If you are going to Hue you MUST stay here! A peaceful and beautiful stay.

We LOVED everything

This is certainly In the top five of the hotels I ever visited in my life, and I travel quite a bit. The rooms and the public spaces are so carefully decorated that you feel like being in a museum of contemporary art but the comfort is always maximum. The staff was very careful and attentive. Breakfast was glorious.

It is a bit out of the city but with a Grab or taxi it is easy to arrive and the beauty of the structure is definitely worth the ride. There was a shower and a bathing tube. The latter was in the bedroom, so maybe not OK for everyone.

Everything was perfect. Besides, you could have warmer lightning in room, public areas and spa, it would make the atmosphere more cozy.

The helpful friendly staff. The quiet garden setting. The luxurious rooms. Everything really.

It was perfect

The architectural style room with large balcony was beautiful with a real wow factor. The staff were delightful and incredibly, all knew exactly who you were by name. The resort has a tranquil ambience and in gorgeous, landscaped gardens. Breakfast was good and the restaurant offered an excellent traditional Vietnamese menu.

There was one lovely pool, with wonderful views over the landscaped gardens, however, it could have been better supervised. Children of guests were allowed to run free, jumping in the pool, moving furniture etc. to the detriment of the enjoyment of other guests. This happened repeatedly to the extent that I had to leave the pool.

Great place to relax in charming atmosphere incl. swimming pool with lovely view. Very good breakfast, both Vietnamese and Western. Very helpful staff.

Restaurant should rather focus on what they are doing excellent at breakfast: Typical Vietnamese dishes. Western-Asian fusion does not fully live up to either.

An oasis of calm after a busy day sight seeing in Hue. Property very tastefully decorated, polished concrete floors, white linen curtains, comfy four poster beds with great pillows and duvet. Children loved the huge pond with Koi and the three peacocks wandering free around the ground. Staff could not have been more helpful or charming, always promptly replying on WhatsApp to book restaurants and taxis etc.

Think the menu needs to be revised. It’s extensive but we all struggled to find something we wanted to eat on night two. Maybe focus back on more local foods - like simple chicken or prawns with noodles or rice, pomelo salads etc. Pizza was not very good. Music at supper could also be a bit more chilled. All minor things though. Would highly recommend the hotel.

We loved everything about the hotel.The breakfasts were great, the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. There was always a little home baked treat with the turn down service each evening. There is a lot of attention to detail at this hotel.The restaurant at the hotel offers quality food if you don’t want to venture too far. The spa here is excellent.The hotel is situated in beautiful gardens and is a pleasure to return to after a days outing.Our bed was extremely comfortable which is important when you are travelling. A very enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay again if we visit Hue.

An absolute gem located within a beautiful garden! Everything from the kind communication before the stay, to the warm welcome at the hotel was just perfect. The entire stay was a perfect getaway and the whole team is super passionate to ensure that all guests have a truly memorable experience. I loved the view from the balcony just as much as being able to read a book in their library. Especially the daily yoga classes before breakfast were a beautiful way to start into the day. Even though the hotel is not close to the city centre, there are plenty of sights in close proximity (Tomb of Khai Dinh, Tomb of Tu Duc, and also the abandoned water park). And of course using grab or a taxi the city is only a short drive away. When staying at aNhill make sure to not only visit their restaurant AMA but also to enjoy a treatment at the XOA spa. I hope I will have another chance to stay there sometime soon.A big thank you to everyone who made this stay an absolute highlight of my trip to Vietnam!

From the moment we entered AnHill you could feel a sense of serenity! Check in and out was easy and fuss free and every staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We went during a time where the staffs were in the midst of a staff retreat but we never felt like anything was lacking at all. I love the meticulous detail from the names in front of our rooms to a personalised embossed letter upon check out. Room service and breakfast was amazing too!

Nothing, the place was immaculate

This place is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. My husband and I have had the opportunity to travel a lot and visit wonderful hotels around the world, and this place is by far among the top three we have ever visited. Every single thing about it is beyond excellent (especially the wonderful staff) but what sets it apart is the level of attention to details. Apart from Hue being a great place to visit, the hotel is a dream destination in itself, and if you have the opportunity, please do yourself a favor and do not miss the chance to enjoy this piece heaven on earth.

Impossible to improve anything already beyond all expectations.

ANHill is a truly exceptional world class boutique hotel. The location is nice and peaceful in exquisitely landscaped and manicured gardens with bonsai trees, koi ponds and a meditation area. The hotel provides a complimentary luxury minibus service to Hue for all the tourist attractions.The hotel interior is beautifully designed with lots or original artwork and sculptures. The bedrooms are huge, comfortable and very well fitted out.The restaurant and food are fantastic with all food cooked to order from the freshest of local ingredients. The cocktails are out of this world! Try the cantaloupe melon and rosemary creation.The spa is expensive when compared to the street salons in Hue but the two just don’t compare. The hotel spa is an oasis of calm with a wonderful ambiance while the therapists are highly skilled.Finally, saving the best for last, the staff are simply superb. They are friendly and attentive without being overbearing. They are all experts at what they do and always have a smile. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

The only very minor point was that the a couple of the complimentary cycles needed minor adjustments to the gears.

absolutely stunning hotel. such attention to detail in terms of design and architecture. the rooms were also huge! the staff were so helpful; I had an issue with my internal flight which they helped to resolve immediately. and they are so attentive and friendly. the location is slightly further away from city centre but it’s nice to be away from the busy centre and it’s easy to get a cab. the hotel also organise the tour trips to the tomb. it’s also such good value for money. I’ve travelled a lot and this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. a must stay. the pool is also gorgeous. breakfast is also amazing! it’s not a buffet but there’s a great selection of Vietnamese and also non Vietnamese food

I don’t think the hotel should be charging what it does for water and rather they should just give that for free or not add a 10 per cent service charge or tax on it - other than that the hotel is perfect
