Great restaurant just at the end of the street, really delicious food, said it’s authentic food from Hue

Great, spacious, super clean double "Family Room" with balcony on 7th floor. Big clean bathroom, great breakfast, helpful staff.

The staff were so friendly and excited to speak Vietnamese with us! The room was big and very comfortable! Our air conditioning worked very well and we were within walking distance to food, a lovely park, and the waterfront!

We had difficulty paying our bill when we checked out early in the morning. Ended up paying it the next day from Hanoi.

This is a fantastic hotel ,located in the heart of Hué. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, the breakfast is superb, and the staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and are incredibly friendly.There’s a pool and spa for relaxation as well. This hotel is perfect—offering excellent value for money and everything you need for a comfortable stay.Definitely recommend it!

This is so nice and friendly!It’s a great deal for the price.The pool and sauna really set the mood for relaxing, especially when it’s pouring rain. And even on sunny days, the pool is perfect for soaking up the sun.The rooftop bar also offers a lovely view.

The pool was very nice and the staff was sweet and helpful. Location was ok and only a small 5-10 min walk away from restaurants and stores. Room was a good size and the beds was comfortable.

We unfortunately had a problem with ants/small bugs in our room and had to change rooms which was a little stressful with loads of luggage and two small children. The road down to the hotel gets flooded when it’s rains a lot, so it was impossible to get back to the hotel without getting very wet shoes.

Jade Scene Hotel is well situated in the City of Hue and the place is very well decorated. The rooms are quite spacious and quite lovely. Although the roof top pool is not huge, it is quite nice and the view from the rooftop is excellent. The fact that you can also get served drinks while hanging out by the pool and admiring a great view of the city makes it pretty amazing. The staff was also exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room also had really comfy beds and pillows and the shower had lots of hot water and pressure. We could not have asked for a better place to hang out at for a couple of days. I would highly recommend. Will definitely stay there again.

Rooms are big and clean, complimentary water and coffee. Staff is wonderful, ever so helpful and friendly. We also booked our tour with them and Peter, our driver, was awesome!

Everything was excellent!

Amazing and attentive staff, located on a quiet alley in a busy part of town which made it a very nice escape. The place is built well in comparison to most hotels we've stayed in Asia - solid core doors, well sealed glazing, very efficient HVAC, etc. Had nearly zero external noise. Even though it's located in the main tourist district, it felt very calm and disconnected from the bustle. We spent most of our time in other parts of the city and surrounding area, but loved returning to our place every night. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Great location and so many amenities at this amazing Hotel! There is a spa, a roof top bar, and a great roof top pool. Our room was huge and gorgeous. Such a comfortable stay. One of our favorite hotels on this adventure. Would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is spot on - great value for money and has everything you'd want for a very comfortable stay and respite from pagoda- and tomb-visiting in the summer heat! The staff were all really kind and helpful. We loved the pool and rooftop bar, especially in the evenings overlooking the city

Nothing, a great hotel

Great location, close to the pub street, embankment, market and Citadel. Clean and comfortable rooms, lovely pool, bar and SPA on the rooftop. Amazing staff - very friendly and helpful, they can organize whatever you need (tours, transfers, tickets etc.). Our driver from hotel for 2 days was Quang - strongly recommended him!
