Our honeymoon began with a glimmer of hope at this hotel, with a lovely welcome and a complimentary cake from a kind receptionist

. Unfortunately, that was the last pleasant moment we had. What followed was a cascade of failures that turned our special trip into a stressful ordeal.Our first room was an absolute joke. It featured a toilet with NO DOOR, just a flimsy curtain separating it from the rest of the room. A complete lack of privacy is not what you expect on your honeymoon, or any hotel stay for that matter.After complaining, we were moved the next day. This involved the exhausting task of repacking all our luggage, only to have the curtain in the new room collapse! It was clear the maintenance here is non-existent. So, we had to pack everything up AGAIN.We were moved to a third room, and this was the final straw. It was infested with ANTS. At this point, we were too exhausted to even consider moving again. Three rooms in two nights is unacceptable.Beyond the room disasters, the daily breakfast was not appalling. The food was not fresh, lacked variety, and was generally unappetizing.. To top it all off, from the moment we checked in, the reception staff were practically begging us for a 5-star review on Google and Booking. They seemed more concerned with their online ratings than with providing an experience worth rating well.This hotel is a master of false advertising and superficial charm. Beneath the surface, it's a poorly maintained establishment with subpar food and a desperate management. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. You've been warned.

The breakfasf is delicious. Staff in general know what to do and their services is amazing. Location surrounded in local restaurants, bar and grocery stores. Shoutout chị Phương anh Anh Tuấn :) the goats

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. We had a lovely welcome drink and necessary attention on arrival, to navigate our room, house rules, etc..

The staff was friendly and let us keep to ourselves. We needed laundry service done via express and they were able to get our items back to us by the evening. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel location was close by to cafe and restaurants. Many things were in walking distance. The hotel was a quick Grab ride to the Imperial City.

Less street noise than some. The breakfast staff were excellent. Location was good.

Pool was limited for room

We spent three nights at the hotel and were happy with our stay. We had a large, clean, double room at the front, on the street. Be aware it’s located at the top, relatively less noisy end of Vo Thi Sau ‘walking street’, so you do get some noise from nearby bars though our stay was Monday to Thursday and it didn’t bother us much. Also you feel in the heart of things for eating and drinking, with many excellent, inexpensive restaurants (Quán Hanh, Chan) just a short walk away. Hotel breakfasts had great variety, restaurant staff were excellent, and we liked the breakfast room. Hotel staff were friendly, although seemed a little offended that we had organised our tours independently of the hotel.

A very nice place to stay in the heart of the city with lots of shops and restaurants around.Staff is much welcoming and reactive.The room had a vintage touch but the equipments were functional and efficient.Very good breakfast.A place to stay, for sure.

Very friendly staff and nice big room which was clean and comfortable

Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of dishes but the variety did not change much from day to day. The hotel is a little dated but was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is fantastic for bars restaurants and walking distance to river, markets and attractions.

Everything was sufficient for our 3 day stay.

After staying at many hotels in Vietnam, this hotel is by far the most professional, clean and comfortable and the staff are absolutely wonderful especially Phuong. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and was provided with coupons for the attached restaurant, breakfast and laundry. Everything about this hotel has been absolutely perfect with nothing bad to say about it. Definitely will be staying here again in the future, highly recommend!

The staff was amazing- so friendly and helpful in organising day trips and transport. The breakfast was delicious with so much choice. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night as well and it was lovely, as well as very reasonably priced. Great location too!

The staff are very friendly, the breakfast is good, and the housekeeping team do a great job each day. The king bed was very comfortable. There are many nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We were able to walk to the Citadel in about 30 minutes.

Unfortunately noise from the late night bars drifted up into our room at night and in the early morning. Drunk people yelling, music turned up, etc. The room was not soundproof due to all the large glass windows. We also were disappointed that the "balcony" was actually a walkway to the fire escape. We had a stranger looking in our room while he smoked a cigarette!

Fabulous location and super friendly staff

Slightly tired property but good value for money

It was great stay - location, room, size of room, staff, breakfast. It is located in street full of shops, bars, music. We paid small extra for bigger room and it was perfect choice. Really spacious and with view to city. Breakfast was delicious and variety huge. The price of the stay was very nice so I highly recommend. We stayed 2 night. Adding some photos.

Great location - The room was well made up - The TV and wifi worked great - The shower was hot and the complimentary breakfast was very large on options and had very attentive staff.

Very good location in the middle of all the restaurants and shopping. Nice staff. Basic but clean rooms. It's a great mid-range option.

We had to suffer terrible karaoke from the hotel bar on 2 nights. Not too late, but till 10~11pm. Its not something that we guests should be expected to accept in a hotel. Good breakfast. Staff at breakfast are lovely, but it seems to be a ploy to push the hotel restaurant. Plenty of great and much cheaper restaurants nearby.

An amazing hotel in a fantastic location!The breakfast was exceptional, the rooms were clean, and the staff was polite and accommodating. Above all, the value for money was outstanding. Highly recommended!

The front office staff and restaurant staff were all very nice and helpful. When we went on a tour, they packed a lunch for us, which was totally unexpected. When we left, they packed water and snacks for us too. They definitely wanted to make sure we had what we needed. Great location too!

The cleaning products that they used in our room seemed a little strong and we kept the door open a few minutes to get rid of the odor.
