BALY HOTEL HUE

Hotel is located in the centre. It is very convenient to walk to downtown and walking street.

The dining room is located on the top floor with 180 degrees view. The breakfast buffet has many choices of Vietnamese food.

Super friendly staff, in hotel spa - great massage, huge rooms, clean, spacious bathroom. Close to a supermarket and small business streets.

Not much, it was one of the best hotels in Vietmam that we used.Maybe temperature of water in bathroom was too hot and faucets could be fixed or changed for better ones. Little thing....

My stay at Baly Hotel was exceptional. Staff were extremely friendly and always available, from check-in to check-out, every interaction with staff was pleasant and professional. Room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had so many Hue options. Perfect central location, close by great restaurants, coffee shops, bars within walking distance.

Our group with four families from Australia to travel to Hue and we all really enjoyed to stay in Baly hotel. There are many clothe shops and restaurants around that hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We wish to come back there one day. Highly recommended.

Staff are very friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel's location is near tourist attractions.

The facility could be better with renovation.

Very helpful reception staff. Provided us with information about train times and bookings. Porters helped us with our luggage. Water cooler in reception to fill our bottles. Nice comfortable rooms. Exceptional breakfast, one of the best, great views over the city while having breakfast on top floor.

Aging hotel, not easy to find, parking was a little tricky

The staff at the restaurant are very good. I see some people come to the restaurant at 9:00 a.m. (closure time) but the staff is willing to serve them (fill in some dishes). The breakfast was delicious with local dishes. The cha was topping at ‘’Bun Bo Hue’’ dish that was very nice.’ It’s tender and flavorful

The hotel itself was pretty modest and a little tired on the eye, however, the staff were excellent and they present a hotel package that is about as good as it can be considering the limitations of the building itself and the rooms. The hotel is clean and neat. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is exceptional and unexpected, with a superb panoramic view of Hue from the dining room on the top floor. Great value for money!

There isn’t a pool and look of the hotel is pretty old school, but not in a charming way.

The manager was really helpful - I asked for a quieter room and she moved me to a better room even though the hotel was full. She even drove me to my next hotel on her personal scooter when I couldn't get a cab! Great service and a very good breakfast!

A little traffic noise on the street at the front of the hotel, but it was Tet so louder outside than usual.

Fantastic and cosy hotel which is in the city where you can go and explore many favorite sightseeing places. Friendly staff from reception to FB staff even I couldn’t understand them 100% as Hue accent. The manager at front desk Ms Phu ( if I remember her name correctly) she is very nice and helpful with hospitality mindset, she even helped me to make a whole city tour itinerary in order to fully experience Hue “Thương “.

Clean rooms, good breakfast. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is good value for money. Location wise, some things are 20 minutes away from on foot, and other attractions are closer.

The welcome tea is excellent with lemongrass smell in the reception makes it 10 times better.They upgraded my room to a triple and breakfast was amazing

Went to Hue by myself just to swept off all the burden away for a few days and worried nothing about life, then i randomly found this hotel. They were so helpful and showing me all the good places to eat and bars and clubs nearby. I felt lucky and had no complaint whatsoever.

Visiting my family but we booked the wrong property, but they were very helpful on helping us finding the right place.10 points for the service
