Room decor was quite nice, except bathroom, location was central and staff was ok. Recommended good places Robert and massage

It was so loud! Don’t sleep here if you have light sleep.Not only noises from the street, but also staff was talking loud. Some construction next door started at 7am. There is no option for breakfast. Nothing to do in the hotel and around. So basically only to sleep and go.

The room were initially assigned was in disrepair. The lobby smelled of smoke and people were sitting there smoking. The hotel is very run down and not well maintained. The pictures on the site are deceiving.

The room itself was very cozy, clean, and new. I was very satisfied and recommend this place to everyone. Thank you so much for the warm welcome!

The hotel is located downtown and conveniently close to a mall (Vincom Plaza) and lots of restaurants and cafes — most within 5-15 minute walk away. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room is spacious enough and complete with basic amenities. Plus points for a beautifully decorated lobby and lounge area that looks welcoming and makes great use of space.

There is no curtain separating the bath tub/ shower area from the toilet bowl, so the bathroom floors and even the tissue gets wet when you take a shower. The tub is also quite high and no bathroom mat is provided (the tub is slippery), which made it quite an effort for the two seniors citizens I was traveling with.

The location was good. Lots of shops around the area. It is clean, and a reasonable price with great staff who are willing to help in any way.
