TRANG NGUYEN HUE HOTEL

Staffs are really nice, the room is big and worth the money. Close to nice restaurants and bars.

Bed is a bit firm.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel, in the Centre of Hue. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was convenient with a closed shower box which kept the rest of the bathroom dry. The room had a fridge, kettle, TV and everything I needed. I also appreciated the daily towel service. The staff were incredibly kind, always present and happy to help. They also offer tours and shuttle services (for me it was a private car from Da Nang) at very good prices. Highly recommended!

The only note on the balcony: from the photos of the Deluxe Double Room it seems that there is a balcony where you can go out and be in the open air, but this is not the case, there are just windows.

The front desk manager Ha Vy was exceptional. She checked us in, handled our luggage and made sure we were comfortably settled in our room. Vy also helped us arrange a couple of tours.

Absolutely nothing

We booked a triple room, very spacious, new/renovated. Whisper quiet air con, hot water, comfy bed… perfect!

The room was massive! Lots of lighting options, plenty of room for luggage. Bathroom shower had great pressure and hot water. Staff was very friendly. Many stores and restaurants right outside the hotel.

The rooster, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault, obviously. ?

The Window small, not have view, placed very upper on the wall

The room was very clean, the mattress was so comfortable. Staff were friendly

There was nothing we disliked

Fantastic room, good location, it's clean, tidy and good looking. The staff are very friendly, approachable and accomodating

the location was perfect and was within minutes of everywhere we wanted to be, the bed was comfortable and the facilities were good, it felt clean and we didn't feel as though we needed anything.

the music from walking street was pretty loud at night so if you're looking for an early night then perhaps staying somewhere a little out of the way would be better

The staff is so kindly and Room was very Big. Clean and awesome bath as well.Location is in the old town city center

No have any complain

Top-notch location if you are not bothered by the music down the street. But if you are booking this hotel, it's your mistake if you don't know that Hue Walking Street is 100 m away. Everything was clean and fine.

We got two towels dirty and had to pay for it. My opinion is that they could easily be washed on 90C, but ok. Their judgement was that it was beyond repair, so we didn't make a big fuss about it.

Great location in one of the walking streets, yet still quiet at night. Miss Vy was excellent in changing our room after the initial mixup with the room allocation. She is very professional and friendly. An excellent manager.

Very spacious and clean room.

The beds are as hard as a rock!

Renovated rooms, clean, good location on the walking street and easy accessible restaurants/bars, good WI-FI

Loud music from the streetDorm room without a window so the air can get really badOne wc and bathroom, so it can get busy

Great value, clean rooms, hot shower, good value laundry service!

Great hotel in good location with really clean new modern big rooms.. Friendly and helpful staff.Would definitely stay again.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Beds were comfortable.

The security isn’t great, communication was challenging, the bar across the street lived to blast Dance music from 3:30pm until 1:00am

Excellent location, in the middle of the area where all the tourist bars and restaurants are but far enough away from the noisier places, so peaceful in the room.Nice staff, booked a tour and had laundry done, all reasonable prices and paid on departure.Plenty of space in the room, which was made up every day and all water, tea and coffee replenished. Very nice shower room.I'd definitely stay again if I came back this way.

No complaints at all.

Staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodated an early check in after our night bus. We got laundry done which was so quick! Had a great stay here and it was in a great location.

Very nice hotel, clean, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, and in a very good location, I would definitely recommend it ??
