They hosted the Pan American games with high school students that took over the entire hotel. Bad and interrupted internet connection. Very slow. No English tv channels

would like to have a better bar experience for nights with friends (for example a public restobar alternative that stays opened late at nights, not only for passengers)

This hotel is great. You pay a bit more than other options, but you also get more comfort. Spacious clean rooms, with all amenities you need. Good and varied breakfast. Friendly staff and a secure parking garage. I had a good stay here.

The pillow was to hard and big and there is no option available at front desk

The water pressure of the shower was very bad and uncomfortable.It would be good to have an iron, but I didn´t ask for it.

Excellent central location, especially for the wine festival. Enormous room, spotlessly clean. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent car park. We had a bath, which was a nice surprise. This hotel exceeded all our expectations.

Wi-Fi a bit patchy. A tiny bit frustrating at times.

Very convenient to get to, secure parking and lots of restaurants around.

The room was a good size, location is central and the staff were lovely to deal with. Reasonable price.

Our room was so hot it was uncomfortable and the AC unit seemed to be set only to heat. The room temperature remained at 25 degrees all night. The breakfast was also only ok.

There was someone on the staff that helped us park the vehicle since it wouldn't fit. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent

No hot shower. We came in from long trek and looking forward to this and they kept saying it was going to be fixed and it never was so we finally cracked and took a cold shower. It never improved and was cold in the morning as well. I ruined the entire experience. The check out manager was not nice and was more concerned about getting a copy of my passport and PDI than if the room was correct....even though the check in manager the night before said that the documentation we submitted then was sufficient. To pay $100USD for a cold shower is not acceptable.

Restaurant staff was great

Reception staff wouldn’t answer the phone and they know nothing about the city, not very helpful

I want my money back, this was a fraud

I couldn´t sleep at all there, was a noise all night long and when I called to reception they told me there was nothing to do
