The entrance hall seemed modern and well furnished and kept

Loud music was playing every night particularly at around 2am and vibrated through the walls.

the rooms air conditioning was not working properly and not cool. staff was not available during check in.

Some of the staff, the ones at the reception, were really nice and we felt welcome! Clean spacious room, nice view, nice shower. (the restaurant next door with hotpot is really nice btw)

Unfortunately, the morning staff at the breakfast were both looking grumpy. Not even a Hello, goodmorning or a smile. We came 30 minutes before the breakfast was closed but some food was already finished. We didn't get the idea that they wanted to refill it, they were already looking away from us while we were well within the time.

The rooms were nice and had a good air conditioning unit. It was a nice place to stay and worth the pay. The showers were nice, and the bathroom was pretty clean. The bed was large, and the lights were conveniently placed.

The breakfast could have had more food prepared as it was fairly scarce if you came down later. The beds could have been a little softer. The showers were nice in how they looked; we just would have preferred having hotter water because it was more lukewarm.

The room looked as if it was not cleaned properly. the towels had a yellow stain, the bathroom floor had dirt and there were crumbs in the bedroom.

1. Cleanliness - some stain at bed sheet and pillow 2. Some tenant really loud at night and no security come to stop them..even running and shouting at corridor at 2am.. really bothering my sleep.3. Too much sunlight coming from bathroom door ..has to put some shade there to minimize the light..

i love the food for breakfast. Good bathroom but would prefer if you have glass for toothbrush. The view was fine.

Theres a stain on blankets. should provide mirror for makeup. (exc the one in bathroom)

the room was more spacious than i thought, although it had no windows it felt really cozy and warm, bed was comfortable

breakfast could've been better, we only had option of nasi lemak, baked beans, watermelon, few eggs and the usual cereal and bread.

Comfy and good value, can walk to lots of different food spots and quick drive from airport. Reception staff were helpful.

Wifi was rubbish - broken for the first two nights of the stay but even when it was fixed on our last night it was so slow. One of our windows didnt quite close properly, meaning you could hear the road and I got bitten by quite a few bugs in the night. Ventilation in the bathroom could be improved.

Didn't provide toothpaste, toothbrush, n shower gel. Shampoo looks small, not enough to use for long hair. Too noisy when have live band in front of hotel.

Room size and bath room were ok.

Offered breakfast was quite boring and without big variation. The room was extremely loud due to the bar/caf located next to the hotel. Either a band played or karaoke singers tortured my nerves. Besides this the hotel is located next to a large roundabout with drivers bringing their sound systems to the limit. The windows in the hotel do not isolate at all.

Breakfast was good, simple and nice.The breakfast staffs was nice and friendly.

the cleanliness is a bit dissapointing. Toilet was smelly and yellow stained on the toilet floor.Plus the aircond a bit dusty.

the room is smelly. toilet is very dirty. Clean room only change the towel and shampoo . Didnt clean the toilet and clean up the room. The sink clogged and water so dirty so disgusting

The room is spacious with many shelves.

The room is extremely dirty with stains and hair everywhere. The sink is clogged with slow water flow into the drainage. There were leftover drinks from the previous occupants in the fridge and the fridge is not even working. The staff even told us that the fridge in every room is not working. Some lights were not working thus the room can be rather dim. Room was poorly soundproofed as the music from neighboring room could be audibly heard.
