Everything. Clean and tidy. Easy to check in and check out. Actually this is my 2nd time stay here. It's near to waterfront. My first time experience walking to the waterfront from the hotel. Not too far actually when you walk with your favourite person and the most important thing is to create new memories with your love one!

This is my 1st time staying here. Suitable location. Close to the waterfront and can get there just by walking. It's easy to find food near the hotel, but we just don't have the chance to eat at that famous Ceylonese restaurant. There's also a pub nearby and it's noisy until 3 am but it didn't disturb our sleep during our 2 nights stay. Actually this is my 4th time visiting Kuching and this time my friends came along.

Your website never indicate that queen bed room has no window, so I end up paying extra upgrading to another room that has window. Opposite is clubbing outlet, music too loud.

The room was very basic but ok for the price. The location was very convenient.I appreciated that I could choose to have my room serviced everyday. It was very clean .The bed was comfortable and the Aircon worked well.

No fridge in the room .I would have liked to be able to buy some breakfast food for the morning.The towels were very worn and a little discoloured The room could be a little noisy as it's near a night Club

No breakfast is provided; pretty much a basic accommodation; however, the room is clean enough though the blanket, pillow and towels are well-passed their lifespan. The location is perfect central location for the first timer to Kuching. Most of the Kuching town attractions are within walking distance. In particular, some of the best restaurants are nearby: for example, Melanau Cafe and Ceylonese Restaurant are very close neighbours. We personally fell in love with the Tomyum Seafood of Melanau Cafe; Malenau Cafe is famous for the best roti canai in town, but the Tomyum seafood is top notch!

Internet connection in the room is poor; we had to take our laptop to the workstation area at the gorund floor. WiFi is excellent at the workstation area only. Smokt smell spread out all over the hotel although smoking is prohibited.

Great location, spotlessly clean, air con was very cold and shower water was hot with great pressure. Staff were all so friendly and we had no issues with noise. Excellent value for money. Excellent kopitam just on the corner with our favourite Sarawak laksa we tried the whole time we were in Kuching.

Location wise the street crossing to get to the waterfront and carpenter st was a bit difficult as the hotel is right on the corner of a busy intersection so if you had young kids or mobility issues it might be an issue but it was fine for us.

Location of the hotel is amazing. Within 5 minutes walking of the riverside (main tourist spot). At the river side you can enjoy the most amazing views, lots or restaurents and tourist shops! Lovely staff who will help you with every request!

No possibility of breakfast in the hotel itself. Hotel is also next to a nightclub and the wall are made of cartboard. So you hear everything. We had had a room located inside the building (no outside walls, thus also no natural ventilation or light). However you could still faintly hear the outside noise on top of all the noise of neighbouring rooms. Earplugs are needed to be able to sleep in this hotel! They can be purchased at the counter.

Location is super convenient. 10 min walking to Attap St n waterfront. Great local food choices round the corner.

Noise from the pubs and vibration going on till early morning on weekends.

The location which was close to the river promenade, shopping and eating areas. All required amenities for the room were there e.g. shampoo, hair dryer, kettle and cups.The staff met my request for a quiet room not facing the pubs. So that was a major plus point of the stay.

Location close to a few pubs with very loud music into the night.

Just walking distance to the Waterfront.

Nightlife area, but it’s ok coz you can’t hear much the music.

Water pressure is very strong, hot water is boiling hot.Air condition is strong enough to freeze the hell.In the inside room noise from the ourside disco is more silent than rain, so better don't insist on a window room if you are vulnerable to the noise.Total absense of ants or mosquitoes.

Internet sometimes can be good, but most often is terrible.

Clean and regular cleaning

Not soundproof. I can hear the chair and people talking outside.
