room clean, quiet...peacefull

don't have kids pool... may be can have playgrounf for children

Very unpleasant.

The cleanliness was really bad, for a 4 star hotel is really bad. The review i read and the reality shocked me.The first room they gave me was really dirty, floor was sticky, bed got hairs, table got coffee stain and the fridge was overflowing with water and wet the floor, i called to reception and get my room changed. New room was the same sticky floor with stains everywhere. Informed the staff in the reception he just smiled and thats all, not a word came out from his mouth.

The room is huge and the bed is comfortable. Totally clean. The breakfast is delicious.

The hotel is quite far from the city and main attraction. And I hope they prepared room slippers as the tiles are quite cold to step on.

Late housekeeping clean up the dishes cause the corridor smelly.

My second stay. Everything was good as previously except this time few points for housekeeping to take note :-) - only one pair of bedroom slipper instead of two for twin occupancy, floor a little sticky, incomplete toiletries - provided two shampoo and one body lotion, one set (instead of two) tooth brush, without shower gel and conditioner. Overall, we like this hotel and will be back.

The location is strategic

It quite dirty and facilities are not maintained.

Big space in a room but thats it.

Itchy bed, itchy sofa, dusty carpet and floor, very very smelly toilet drain. Book for 2 nights but we checked out after 1 night. we couldn't stand the smell and the itchiness off the room.

I liked how affordably price the place was during our stay.

the staff handling check-in was slow and didnt seem enthusiastic to do their job, and did not inform about the breakfast, check-out time, and where the room was. the same can be said for the breakfast, the staff seemed rude and unattended as the food was not replenished when many came down and left shortly looking disappointed. Also, when asked for 4 bottles of drinking water, i was greeted by a rude staff showing their sour face, handing me only 2 bottles of water, as if they were forced to send it to me. The gym, looks like it has potential, please upgrade the facility and ceiling as the floorboards are soaked from the rain water. The swimming pool wooden floor area can also be replaced as it was very slippery even when wearing proper shoes. The poolside-gymside "bar" can also be opened too, seems very empty, not a good sight to see.

The staff were very friendly.

The first room was very damp and a terrible smell. Water damage was evident. We got moved to another room, which was better. However, the beds still felt very damp, and sheets were not very clean. There was no hot water in our room. There was somebody sent up, but they could not get hot water to come in to the shower.We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after the first night without a refund. There was only one main restaurant and a coffee dock in reception. They have advertised as various resturants however it looks like they have not been open in years. Especially the rooftop bar. Water on a lot of floors when you come out of the lift or dropping from the ceiling. There is no outdoor pool bar either. Did not get photos of the room or hallways.

• The room was damp, the bed duvets were damp as if the room had not been used for a while and heavy smell of moisture in the air similar to that of a recent water leak. There stains on the duvets.The spare bed was a Single Bed Mattress thrown in the floorWe were in Room 1101 and friends of ours in 1301 & their room was a lot worse and had to be accommodated across the landing.There was damp in the bathroom and smell from the bedroom cupboardThe window that said (Don’t Open) had no restrainer clip attached to the bottom of the window door and 11 floors up!There were pools of water on the 1101 Lift Lobby from a Water Leak & Lift car nearest the outer wallThe Roof Garden Restaurant was Closed & the top area overgrown with weeds.The Hotel advertises Wine / Champagne but no Alcohol available at allThe Pool Side Bar was closed and unattendedAll in all a shoddy place and totally disappointing

The glass window at the dining hall did not clear during breakfast time. It spoiled the nice view of the river outside.

Nice big pool for the price you like a 4star But hotel neads TLC But other 4stR hotel it’s cheaper for that reason

Main road but wasn’t that irritating

Lobby, exterior, rooms, pool are nicely set up.Wild mushroom soup is very good. Staff quite polite but timid.

The lobby is quite impressive, just lacking movement or activities by staff or guests. The Reception personnel serves guests sitting down behind their desk, sometimes having lunch whilst checking in/out guests. The few security personnel looked bored & unfriendly. Room Service was terrible. Staff lack of product knowledge, and the in room menu lacks varieties, a laminated one piece paper. Food were below satisfaction in terms of taste & presentation. But their Wild Mushroom Soup was very vert good however.

Can see the hotel used to be glorious when it was first built but unfortunately it looks very dated now. The rooms and sheets smell musty. Breakfast is not great but has variety which is appreciated.

Facilities can be upgraded, gym equipment are sticky upon touching.

Noticed that most of guests wearing t shirt and pants in the swimming pool.

The room was big and the hotel beautiful. Decoration was decent and the view is good. Good breakfast.

1. No pool towel and we are wet in a lift.2. Room service no one answer the phone.3. The food was poor compare to the price, not suitable.4. No kids pool.5. No cotton bud and laundry bag in the room.6. Out tv was broken,the screen is busted.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had many varieties and was satisfying in taste.

The website listed the sky lounge and pool bar, but they were not actually open. I don't know if it was a seasonal thing, but the website needs to be updated.
