Sooooo much road noise

Hotel room are comfortable,hotel is perfect place for stay.

There is no parking provide for hotel customer,that makes me think twice to stay there for 2nd times.

Good location,nice rooms,good value.

Minimal facilities

The location is good, it is near the city centre. Easy to find food nearby. It is on the river bank.

The reception area is small, not enough chairs at certain time. Breakfast is continental style, not so interesting compared to the local food. So we didn't opt to eat at the hotel.

The value for money is amazing, less than 30 GBP with a private room with decent size. I would recommend to others if you are on a budget. The location is right at the centre, within walking distance to all points of interest in Kuching city centre. The neighbourhood is safe at night. The room, and the bed overall is comfortable and clean. The room and toilet size is good. My room has no window but this is clearly stated when I booked it so they are open about it. The lighting is decent. The wifi quality is good. The staff is nice. The air-conditioning is great.

The noise cancellation could be better as I could clearly hear noises outside at the corridor a lot. The pillows are a bit small and too mushy.

Room comfortable for 3 person.

1. Somehow they forget to refill the necessary toiletries (shower cream, shampoo and spoon, indoor sandal)2. Some lighting in the room is faulty3. Some cleanliness issue inside the toilet

Superb, friendly, and professional staff. Spacious, well-appointed room. Nice hot showers with excellent water pressure. Very comfortable bed and duvet. Efficient and quick elevators, with a great location, right on the waterfront, and within easy walking distance to Old Town.

The hotel located at the centre, easy access to the woterfront, cat statue, 7 eleven, McDonald's, 24/7 laundry, topspot foodcourt, money changer and many more... It is very convenient.

Efficient and helpful staff. Adequate for a few night's stay. 7-Eleven store next to the hotel for snacks, etc.

No maid service the 5 nights I was there (not a big deal). Small buffet breakfast, but otherwise no food available on the premises.

Very good location. Famous spots are easier to reach by walking. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Easy acess to food stall and tourist attractions.

The breakfast time is not at 6am.it start at 6.30 am.

Rooms are clean. Great location to the markets, river and attractions

Could of had a better smell in the elevators

The location was superb. Walking distance to some of the malls and the riverfront. Room space was to my liking. Water pressure from shower was 5 out of 5, fast to pick up high temp. A/C excellent! Room was clean. Safe box deposit in tiptop condition. Would repeat stay here for next trip.

However the wifi was a bit slow

Carpet could be cleaner specially dirty spots near the dustbin. No glass in room and when requested reception couldn’t provide.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The location is just perfect to walk to attractions and eateries.

The bathroom (for room 708, at least) needs a good scrub.

Good location, value for money and clean comfortable room.

Poor wifi connection for the whole 4-night stay.
