Loft Waterfront

Location is fantastic, right by the Waterfront and in the old Town. Good aircon and wifi in room. Very cheap! It's good for a cheap stay if you only plan on sleeping in the room.

There was no window in our room and it was too small for two people. Toilet and bathroom area was pretty unclean. Also, we booked this at midnight when we had issues checking into another place. We were able to book the room straight away at this time but when we arrived the place was locked. Luckily we managed to contact the owner, but they should be more aware that people might book last minute.

Cheap and good location.

Others are too loud sometimes even after midnight.. one time, people banging on the entrance door near midnight to check in. people smoking in non smoking area.

Central.location, clean room with working AC

Always nobody in receiptionist. Since we do not have malaysian sim card, difficult to check-in.Bathroom could be cleaner. Neighbour was very noisy with loud music. No windows in the room

Location (near waterfront and a big mall), very good price, and reasonably clean toilets. Some rooms are without window, so check first.

The wooden floor may be noisy at night if the tenants do not know how to walk with controlled steps. Pillow cover and bedsheet are bit worn out.

Its more like rumah panjang, the AC working well... cheap.. strategic place. and easy going to get by the town

Location wise is very good

Didnt expect much since the price is cheap, the aircond work really good since i think its new, but the room is not really clean, there's obvious dust ( can see on the small mirror and the bedsheet ) and i think they didnt wash the comforter & bed clean enough.

the check-in process was smooth the owner respond fast and accurate the air cond is very coldwhen you stay at hostel everything is sharing so please keep quiet the share toilet were plenty and clean the location infront of water front near to all amenities

the bed frame were broken into half, need to replace new onethe room is so small only enough for one personthe pillow is not so comfartable the floor were made from wood so every step will make a noise

cheap, affordable in a central location

for budget travelers who wants a cheap accommodation, this is all we could ask for. I am happy with what I pay.

Near the waterfront area which is the one of the interesting place

Hard to find parking because it is near the interesting place. The toilet is not so clean, just fair. No restriction for no smoking area. So male guest smoke in the toilet.

Location easy to find food and got KK mart shop.

1. The floor needs to be renovate, because very vocal.2. Toilet needs to be improved3. Please provide hot and cold drinking water machine.

The location is strategic because it is opposite Kuching Waterfront

The service is very bad. Please dont come here
