Easy grab ride to waterfront but if you want to walk from your hotel to the water then this is not the place for you. We enjoyed our stay (even stayed twice) and found the rooms adequate and slept well.
Cons -
- -The heater in my room was hot like very hot that even I already adjust it to medium level of hotness it is still hot that it burned my skin. I think there's something wrong with the heater in my room but I couldn't call for a staff because it is only a 2 nights stay and the staff was very nice and friendly that I cant' say my heater is not working in the way it supposed to. Better check on the heater next time.

If you want to walk around the waterfront then this is a bit far. It's not fancy but we found we liked the area more local authentic than the waterfront.

I requested for a quiet room and also already informed that I will be checking in late around 10pm. However, both request was not met by the facilities.

I like the strategic location. I like how neat the room was. Bed and pillow were nice and comfy. The bathroom was clean.
The smell when I first entered the room. Weird smell that I have to spray my own fabric spray.

Time to upgrade some of the facilities eg. shower & toilet
They changed my room after I complained.
Room was very noisy due to outside traffic. Impossible to sleep. No double glazing. Staff not very friendly. Had to pay refundable RM50 deposit on the room.

Halal food restaurant is so far. Nearest only chinese food available.
