the gym was too hot!!!! air conditioning not cold enough to do exercises and maintenance cared. Male sauna was not hot enough (40-50 C instead of 65-70 C to have health benefits). i was there for the gym and for the sauna, so it was VERY disappointing.

The room is clean, comfit and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful

The Wifi is too slow to make business travelers unable to stay here

Buffet for breakfast need more varieties especially local kuih.request drink machine for tea and coffee, please less the sugar.let the customers do the balancing of the sweetness.care more un healthy drinks.

room is spacious, room clean, carpet not smelly, breakfast is good

The room is comfortable and big. Moreover the hotel is connected to a shopping mall.

The room was okay — comfortable and quite spacious for us, even with the kids. They had to sleep on the couch and the floor, but we managed just fine. I really liked the location; it’s right in the middle of town, and we could even see the mountains, including Mount Serapi, and catch the sunset from our room. The swimming pool area was also nice, and the windy weather made it even more enjoyable.

Just one issue with the bathroom — water on the toilet floor didn’t drain properly, causing minor ponding and leaving the floor wet most of the time. The existing bidet is built inside the toilet bowl, which I find less comfortable and less hygienic compared to the wall-mounted hose-type bidet. The water pressure is also very low, making it unpleasant to use. I would recommend replacing it with a standard wall-mounted bidet hose for better cleanliness and comfort.We also had breakfast at the hotel. The food was good, but the variety was quite limited considering the price paid. Also, the restaurant was very cold that morning — the air-conditioning was too low, and it made us quite uncomfortable while eating.

Overall is excellent, car park if FOC as well

there is a distance to travel to town area, but with renting a car, will not be a problem

The room is spacious, clean and the bed is wider than normal single bed. The breakfast in restaurant has many various food & delicious.

The staff in restaurant charged me for taking away food because my wife was fasting due to hospital's instruction.

The room environment and hygiene are very clean The staff's service attitude is also very satisfactory, and they are patient and answer all questions.

I don't have any dissatisfaction at the moment

The room is spacious and the location is quite strategic if you drive.

Been staying here for many times but finding there’s always smells of urine from the toilet ball like the housekeeping didn’t brush it thoroughly.

Breakfast spread can be improved further by having a coffee machine that serves more premium coffees like latte, cappuccino and americano, can consider including some Indian cuisine like puri, chapati or thosai

By exception: The hotel needs to consider 2xAdults and 1 kid package. Amenities provided were for 2x adults despite booking for 2 Adults & 1 kid and it's quite annoying.

Unable to set the room temperature and ventilation was too noisy. Additional blanket would have help.

On my first night I realized my bed had a weird smell. I’m not sure what’s wrong but I made a request to change the bedsheets,pillow cases and quit cover due to the smell. The housekeeper took note and changed it straight away for me. Excellent service. ??????

Generous room size with Bath tub.

There's issue with WIFI hence unable to watch Television. The location is quite far from the Town. Grab car is also taking time to get. Advisable to call grab upfront so that you can travel as plan, else you need to wait the grab car to take your order.

I really like the shampoo provided in the shower. It doesn't make your hair frizzy. can u tell what the brand is? :)Love the ambience of the room. I will repeat to stay here if i come to Kuching

Toilet: Could be improved if can provide water hose (not prefer to use bidet seat) Breakfast: Taste of Laksa Sarawak doesn't meet the expectation. Plz provide non cofee (hot choc/milo) in the coffee dispenser during breakfast
