Clean, comfortable, friendly staff.
There were no bath towels in the room. And the toilet paper and tissues were left in short supply. Other than that, everything else is excellent.
The food provided is very tasty with a wide variety of choices. It's just a bit expensive to add one more person for breakfast. The dining area is very pleasant, clean and comfortable
Location, cleanliness and friendly staff
Pricing can be a bit high side
Breakfast ok...location ok
Toilet a little bit dirty...don't hv the light for sleep
location
almost all. toilet dirty, breakfast limited choice and food taste disappointed, iron does not function and iron board poor condition.
Breakfast is good
Room Maintenance need to be improved Bathroom door very hard to closed and no foot clothRoom got smell and the ceiling has sign of water leakage
Outside clean and nice but inside is below expectations imagine paying $50/rm220 for a Nigeria and the breakfast is nothing to write home about the worst breakfast I ever had, the room look old water dropping from both room and birth room, I couldn’t even iron my clothes becuz it was not provided in the room for that amount. If I could rate the hotel from 1 to 10. It’s below 3 probably maybe 1 or zero. I will never stay in such hotel again.
Good location
Water heater malfunction, water leaking until to the room.Staff was helpful and reacted fast but need to change room.
Easy access to various locations (shopping, food court, 4D, laundry etc) Buffet breakfast is the best.
Condition of room is old and my first room the water outlet is clogged. Need to renovate and upgrade.
Staff are friendly...parking place so easy also safety
