Impiana by Roxy Hotel

Walk around 300m, reach mini market. Hotel spacious with working table, I can continue my computer work at the room.

Toilet wall still got renovation dust.

the view was nice

no swimming pool . dont have much menu for the breakfast

Facilities provided are excellent. It feels like home.

Breakfast could be better. Food is good but replenishing was quite slow

reasonable price

Overall it's good, except the room is warm even though the air conditioning temperature is set to the lowest

The large studio had a good balcony !Great bed and lots and f hot water !

The coffee was awful !

The room was good and clean. Amenities as stated in the booking.

When switching on the lights in the toilet, there was a rattling sound in the toilet ceiling and it was loud. It is very annoying to hear and to stop the noise, i had to switch off the lights. Hotel needs to do some fixing andmaintenance.

The location is convenient, and the Wi-Fi works well.

The overall cleanliness was poor—dust and hair were visible in most corners. It was an unpleasant experience. Made worse by a power outage that occurred in the middle of the night during my one-night stay. I had to use the emergency exit from the 8th floor to the lobby, which was partially blocked with clutter and miscellaneous items. To my shock, I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes without seeing a single staff member or receiving any explanation. While the alarm was ringing, the absence of any staff was especially concerning. Is it normal for there to be no assistance during an emergency?

Please do research before you confirmed the booking. Impiana By Roxy Hotel was my alternative plan after i made mistake booking the service apartment manage by scammer. Thanks God finally i get the best stay ever at Roxy compared to the previous stay. I hope all guest take extra carefull before check in. Roxy not so expensive but the stay is more than 10 star rate ! Thanks for all.

The buffet-style breakfast was really great, I like the room services and the counter staff is really nice.

Its feel comfortable and felt welcome. The location is strategic and able to go any places as it near to the main road and it can be access easily to all people

May add more electric socket at toilet and room as it is limited to use if you come as a family

Strategic place for me to stay to go the hospital early in the morning without traffic jam.

1. Ice pack & ice cream was found in the mini fridge , doesnt belong to us . 2. Kettle & cups are not clean enough, i had to clean them again .3. We sleep in bright lights, due to one of the light switch doesnt working . This matter disturbs our quality of sleep where we have to wake up early in the morning .

About 20 minute walk to a large shopping mall. Nice to have a Bar on the top floor and a small shop on the ground floor for drinks and snacks.Rooms have hade a good refurbish and very pleasant.

A little bit of a distance to get to the closest shops.

The design is nice and its quite comfortable. However the cleanliness needs some work. The kettle prepared was atrocious. I tried to clean it by rinsing it with water but there’s like a layer of something stuck to it.

The hotel was good and was ca short drive to the centre . The rooms appeared clean and breakfast was different each morning

Location and the free breakfast. i also like that there is a convenient store at the hotel so its easy to get snacks and amenities.

Room was a bit dark to my liking and the food choices was limited. I think the hotel can put more lights in the room.

Comfortable

Near hospital and road, too noisy

Perainnel was very friendly and helpful. Big warm thank to staff ❤️

Breakfast was very modest, not much choices, watermelon was only fresh fruit on breakfast. Room had staines on floorLocation was not as great as we thought first

Creative design outlook

Queen size bed too small for couple, blanket too small for couple. Air conditioning too loud sound. Wall finishing inside the bathroom not well done. Breakfast provided not many choices.

Location is good just that near to hospital, will have ambulance passby with ? siren. Breakfast simplenand nice.

The room with black paint ceiling not that good. Too dark.

Strategic location near from many facilities. Affordable, nice view from the room
