Sheraton Kuching Hotel

Well maintained. Close to downtown and waterfront.

Friendly and approachable staff, good locations for some attractions

Room not as spacious expected .Breakfast spread not much varieties

Swimming pool. Roftop, sight, size, awesome.

Not expected received a slice cake for our anniversary and a wishes card.

Location is superb, swimming pool has a great view of Kuching city

Overall the facility and amenities do not match a five star standard hotel, room size is relatively smaller compare to other similar hotel.

Breakfast is very nice and well organised. The evening view from the bar on the 23rd floor is relaxing and captivating, with the Kuching clouds, sunset, and hills in the distance. The bed was comfortable and the facilities in the room were pretty functional, so the room was fine for a few nights stay.

That said, the facilities in the room were not perfect. The toilet didn't flush well, the shower door wasn't a perfect fit and was liable to get stuck, and the room was already showing signs of wear, tear, and staining despite being relatively new. In general, the interior of the building is bland and characterless, encouraging a sense of boredom. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful but some clearly lacked training.

disappointing there was 3 adults but 2 beds provided and 2 sets of amenities like towels etc. not value for money

Over-priced for what you actually get - room was nice and well equipped but small with too much furniture squeezed in. Had a coffee machine but they wouldn't give me any pods. I had the normal Sheraton problem at check out (third time in 6 months) where they tried to charge for the room having already taken the payment - this time at check-in last time thru booking.com.

New hotel. Can tell the finishing is economical interior designing wise, modern nevertheless.

Breakfast quality is hit and miss. All staff was good apart from one person who didnt allow late check out only to be corrected by her supervisor.

Great service from the reception and concierge desk. Our room had an issue and they changed rooms and even upgraded us without us asking for it. The property is also central, feels newish and the rooms were quite spacious

The food served for Iftar was very delicious. A wide selection of food, drinks and desserts. The hotel ambience is beautiful and clean with a sweet fragrant smell is very pleasant. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Everything. The room so clean, beds are comfy. Spacious and has everything that we need. The staff are so helpful and friendly. They tried their best to help us with our request and even gv us free room upgrade.

Service was pleasant and polite.

Tissue paper not replaced when it ran out. Drinking water - 2 small bottles - not enough for two persons per day.

The hotel location excellent service. Would recommend more veggie options and western menu.
