Very friendly staff, the room clean and comfort bed.

Room is small but clean. There are essential toiletries provided in room. Bathroom is clean and shows recent renovation. . There are clean towels changing everyday . Room cleaning is done everyday. Air cond is good .

No refrigerator in room. The hallway carpet needs detail cleaning ,and same goes for carpet in room. The electrical generator noise situated in the next few doors was loud.

The room was comfortable, clean, and sufficient. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was quite basic, but that’s fine — overall, nothing to complain about! ?

it would be nice if an iron was provided in each room.

Hotel room is spacious and clean. Overall a good stay. Location also not too far from waterfront.

I think some (one) of the staff need to smile more... Otherwise it looks like their job is a chore and a heavy burden.

The room is very clean and big and the air-con is very cold so it is good for sleeping. The attitude of receptionists are also very good.

The breakfast is good but it can be improved by providing more of food selection.

The cleanliness is top-tier. The receptionists and other staffs are polite and dedicated in doing their job. The hotel rate is also quite affordable and their food is tasty.

I would very much prefer if they change to handheld bidet instead of their toilet-seat bidet as it’s more convenient and hygienic, like what most Malaysians are used to.Quite difficult to get Grab there, the average waiting time is 15 minutes. Maybe because the location is not exactly at the city centre.

It was clean, staff were friendly and location was good.

Just that there was no window and it was really cold haha.

Comfortable stay with a great location and convenient for travel. Daily room service is provided for cleaning. The room has good sound insulation and quite. There’s a 7-Eleven right near to the hotel, and plenty of free parking available.

I noticed that the blanket didn’t seem to be cleaned properly or maybe wasn’t changed, as there were quite a few stains on it. This slightly affected the cleanliness, but everything else was pretty good.

The lovely hot shower with wonderful water pressure.Comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room and good modern bathroom.

Initially, we were placed in a smoke smelling room. We were moved upon complaining to another room which whilst better suffered from significant road noise.Nights sounds of speeding cars and noisy exhausts were a real nuisance at this hotel.

The staff are professional and very helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant was really good. Rooms are spacious. Value for money.

That the room did not have a fridge. Also internet reception at the 3rd floor was really not good.

Choose it because of the location. But the breakfast not nice for me. Not much selection and the taste was just so so. The staffs will look at you when eating the breakfast which caused uncomfortable. The 2 twin beds room is very small.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean & thanks to the excellent housekeeping.

Staff were so nice and friendly from the moment we arrived. A/C works perfectly, which is often rare. Rooms were nice and quiet and you can actually get a good rest. Located a little way from the main town,, but if the weather is good, it's a nice walk in. We will definitely stay again.

Bedroom doors slam, which can be problematic but was literally the only thing, everything else was great.

Queen size bed is too small, the door between two room to connect is not at good location in the room, causing it to look more smaller.

Very clean rooms

Insane amount of street noise. Booked this hotel because rooms have soundproofing, which is of little use when the windows let every noise in.

Friendly staff, decent room size, and free parking.

The bathroom is more spacious than the bedroom and doesn't come with a fridge.
