Nothing at all

We already pebook the hotel room, but when we arrive, the staff says no more room. All full and they didn't even notify me. They say they got call, but my phone didn't receive any whatsoever call or message. Rude service and non professional

Only the space in the room

Everything...The service is lame, the bathroom is so dirty, the air conditioner is not functioning ?. There is no cabinet to put up clothes. The parking lot is so little. Even the locations is very² not strategic. There is no syampoo and soap even water bottle is not provided.

I like the service attitude of the staff

Because I live in a basement, there is no air circulation. And it smells like bed linen. Sound insulation is not good. There are a lot of bugs in the toilet
