Location, service and views on the river were excellent.

The hotel isn't perfect, but problem areas are minor. It's currently being renovated. There are minor issues that can be corrected during the renovation. An example is the lack of a locker room for the renovated gym. The addition of one is essential.

The view from our room was fabulous as we were given an upgrade. The staff were delightful and so helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was fabulous.

The room was freezing and I couldn't adjust the thermostat. The ed mattress was like concrete which was very disappointing, given how much we paid for the room.

Room was spacious and clean. appreciate that they could delivered my request for room deco for my husband birthday. Breakfast spread was great as well.

The Chef, waiters and Cafe. The location was also excellent due to nearness to the Sarawak River

The pillow was too soft and we had no body wash.

Clean, great service, friendly staff, great location, very nice pool. We would definitely come back.

We liked everything

Room was clean and spacious, good soundproofing. Bed was firm and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of local and international food and tasted good. Location of the hotel is convenient at the waterfront, with a coffee place and a convenience store just opposite.

Hiccups at initial check in (despite contacting the property through Booking.com to request that the sofa bed would be set up since we arrive at 10+pm, this was not done), including being shown an initial room with an overpowering cigarette smoke smell. Thankfully, staff speedily directed us to an alternative room. Also, kid's pool and kid's club is still not ready, despite being under construction for at least 6 months. At least swimming pool is ready for use. Staff manning the club room also looked very unwelcoming so we did not enter.

Location was perfect for my visit. The staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and food very tasty. Great start to the day.

The room had two beds as requested. It had a wonderful view. Close to river front and museums, quaint local shops.

i like the facilities, visited the gym and swimming pool. love the gym a lot, fully equipped with various type of gym equipment. Ordered in room dining, and the food was good too.

The staff were excellent, the hotel was within 70m of the riverfront, great views. Rooms were great, beds comfortable and big. The breakfast had great variety of choices every morning and food was excellent. Pool area great and relaxing. Overall we had an excellent stay and would 100% come back to hotel.

For a 5 star hotel the bathroom was a bit small, and needed some work. However shower was excellent.

The best hotel in kuching so far .. the breakfast was good n super delicious . The staff were high class level trained .. super treatment by the staffs ! A special shoutout to this particular front office staff named christopher .. he did an excellent job anyway ??♥️?

Breakfast mediocre not commensurate with a so called 5 star more like a lesser 4 star

Simple fact remain I stayed for five nights and commented to magic about poor location as was reccomended by a friend who ststed many years ago to give it a try. If a customer service oriented employee who does PR has some insights into hospitality customer comment one could easily expected an immediate upgrade to at least an equivalent priced room with a view. To this no action is taken in spite of the perceived low occupancy of your hotel. Anyway having stayed in one of the best hotel in the world like the Fullerton in Singapore as well as in Bermuda NZ Melbourne etc such feedbacks may assist you in the near future other than that will not be interested in staying in your hotel but will try Sheraton the next time

Good location in the center of Kuching. Kind, professional, and helpful staff. Clean, pleasant pool area. Surprisingly good quality shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion provided. Fantastic breakfast— great selection of western fare and “curries,” fresh fruit, laksa etc.

Overall very satisfied with the whole experience, from checking in period till entering our room. Followed by dinner over at Toh Yuen. Service staff at TY as usual, were exceptionally helpful with professionalism manners being displayed while dining there, not to forget about their foods, quality and expectations were delivered. Definitely will be making a return to celebrate our anniversary in a few months time.
