- Toilet wall and bowl is very dirty. Technically you stay without toiletries. Soap dispenser available but not refilled although was requested twice. Water dispenser unit is provided on the floor, but also not clean. There's coffee/tea stains not wiped clean.

I booked a room... but when the counter staff told me that the room I booked had been given to another customer... very disappointing... and a hassle for my family... is it appropriate for them to give the room I booked to a customer other..? Please improve your service...?
The room was simple and clean. Location was superb with food courts downstairs and opposite. The staff were very helpful and courteous. With the price being reasonable I would definitely go back again.

1) poor cleanliness2) no basic amenities ( not provide kettle in room and iron also no available upon request)

Cleanliness of the rooms, esp the bedsheets and the floor (dusty). Maybe can improve on that - ensure bedsheets are not stained even after washing and proper vacuuming of the floor
