the location was convenient, near the shop lot

the room was a bit small, no window..although we choose family room, but it was a bit small.

good, clean, good staff.

no water at my last day staying in kuching which is day 3. Luckily still have water in early morning, im not very sure the water problem is from the hotel or the whole Kuching, but as information i knew after i landed in my hometown penang, kuching is having water problem on that that. we just a bit upset due to no any notice, overall serapi hotel is a good & comfort otherwise its very easy to go anywhere.

The Front office staff are very helpful, friendly and kind. Naming a few Aqidah and Joe. Due to availability, I was given my room very much earlier upon my arrival. Thank you very much. Interior deco is beautiful and the staff clean and mop the lobby floor daily. Lift works well. Cool air conditioning. Earlier on..... one fresh but stained towel was quickly replaced as requested. Prayer mat, iron and iron board are readily available. Since I stayed a few nights, I was allocated a marked parking lot. Thank you again.

The staff is friendly & treat the guest warmly. I also like attached iron in the room. No need to request from the staff. The tv in the room also provides with youtube & netflix which my son very like it

The room is very small even though for 2 adults. The size stated during booking is 150ft. Didn't expect the size is that small. I have to pray right in front of the door because no other space. We can clearly hear the noise from the attached door to the next room. We also can't request the staff to deliver sahur meal to the room because they use the buffet concept in the restaurant. Plus, the meal for breakfast also don't have variety choice. Only a few meal to choose

Stayed for two nights and extended my stay for the third day.. requested to do up de room.. poor response. I was told it was cleaned but not much of a difference.

house keeping need more training -floor was very sticky & leave very unappeal smell in the room - i believed cos by the mop where house keeping recycled used water & didnt clean & dry the mop properly.

Value for money

The wiring of the toilet and room was such that the switch for the main room had to be turned on first in order to switch on the toilets light. The hot water dial at maximum capacity, provided barely lukewarm water. I wish hot showers were available, but other than that the location, hospitality, cleanliness, wifi, tv and comfortable beds at the rate offered were value for money. Will return for our next work trip.

The Hotel and the rooms.Very nice and clean.

The bathroom door. It's stuck and make a weird sound. And the lift out of service. And I hope the breakfast have a Mee Goreng with sambal.

A basic wardrobe and table

Bed bugs caused body rashes. Shower heater was broken. Toilet floor was sticky. Staff was not helpful in providing any additional info other than check in.
