Room rates and location was good and strategic.

Our room smells like public toilet. Its really uncomfortable for us to stay overnight even has been cleaned by house keeping after complaining. It was a bad experience. This is our 2nd time cheked in here. Last 2 years experience was better.

During my stay, I had fried rice and Laksa Sarawak for breakfast. Both were good. However, if possible, please add other menu varieties, such as nasi lemak and traditional kuih-muih.

It would be great if the receptionist could smile when guests arrive and be ready to assist them.

The location is A+. Supermarkets, food courts, pharmacies, shops, etc. are within walking distance.

Compared to the super spacious room, the TV was too small to be watched from afar.

The room is very big and spacious. I booked tripled person stayed. And the got long side table that you can put all your stuff on top it.

Just to highlight, the pillows case got some stains and abit bad smells

First time staying at this hotel, the room is very big and most importantly, the room is very clean. Very satisfied with the room, all the facilities are there and also comfortable, the atmosphere in the hotel is also quite beautiful and very clean.. the staff are very friendly and never stop smiling. Only the breakfast does not have many choices but the food is bearable and delicious.. will stay here in the future.. a highly recommended hotel

A sound from karaoke nearby could be a bit annoying, especially during midnight and only stop at 4 am

The morning breakfast was great and delightful.I love the coffee and i love the enviroment, i was so rush at the morning couldnt get enough time to pick another food . The food was great,looking fowards for some another time .

Sometimes housekeeping maybe didn't checked enough because there still a bit rubbish on the floor when i came inside the room.I must say if a new client entered a new room there should be clean as possible but overall i've enjoy the stay.

Housekeeper did not change bed linen during a few days of staying.

During my stay, the water from the shower is a bit smelly. And on my first night, the fire alarm was on at 1am for 3 times but there was no any emergency. Definitely disturbed my sleep.

For a night it’s a good stop over Staff were very friendly

My room backed onto the bin for the hotel couldn’t smell them but 5am throwing out the waste it made a racket Woke myself up

The location & its surroundings. Supermarket, shops & food courts are downstairs, in walking distances.

There were no extra wall outlets behind the TV, where I thought I could use to plug in my android stick power adapter.

The room was spacious which could fit another bed. The toiletries included toothbrushes cum tooth paste besides the usual shower and shampoo bottles. Surprising the TV had quite a number of channels (both TV programmes and radio). The internet connection to send messages on Whatsapp was strong from the lobby, the room until the 4th floor. Very useful for whose who want to stay connected.

I was on the 1st floor and could hear the event happening on the 4th floor. There were good TV channels but the internet kept buffering so that spoiled the enjoyment.

Cleanliness, comfort and the complimentary breakfast food are delicious

Big spacious family room. Clean and comfortable to stay in. Easy to get parking lot in-front of hotel. Easy access to eateries and supermarket.

Breakfast very simple menu, limited choices. Rooms are not sound proof, quite noisy especially with karaoke on going till midnight during weekends. Not enough clothes hangers, has only 4 clothes hangers in the family room.

The room was big and spacious

Need to have more big mirror. Only 1 mirror in the bathroom. And, the TV is too far from the bed.The bed is hard not soft. And the pillow too soft. Not comfortable for the neck.

The staff is very friendly

U cant get a taxi here..maxim and grab also hard to get..better rent a car if u go here..but the hotel is 10/10..good hotel

Location ideal with outside shops available easily.

Room was made but with evidence of lacking in basic cleaning. After first cleanup, bath towels not replaced - had to call for replacement.

Nice location n the place is clean.. Staff were friendly
