just the location is good whereas in the middle of city.

Do improved on room condition such as cleanliness and breakfast is not really satisfied me.

Location

Shower was broken, bidder shower is not workingStaff were very noisy especially early in the morning. They were all laughing loud and chatting constantly.

The room was spacious and clean. Good breakfast.

Close to Borneo Convention Centre Kuching if UCSI Hotel is full. Grab fare ranges from RM5.30 to RM29 depending on traffic/demand.Breakfast was adequate - catered for vegans, halal and indulgent guests.

I had to request for the telekung at the surau to be washed. There was no Quran or Yasin in the female surau. I do not know the situation in the male surau.

The room is spacious to accommodate my family of two adults and two children. The shower hot water is nice, and there are satellite tv with kids channel. Ours is family room and two large beds were provided. The room is clean, though it is look old. The AC is very cool, don’t worry about the heat. The food for breakfast is simple local favourites, but the taste is quite good, and has a lot of varieties for you to choose! The staff is very polite and friendly to assist you any time.

No basement parking, not easy to get to your car during raining. However, the safety of your vehicles is guaranteed as they have security around.The room still maintained its old furniture, but at least it is functioning.To use the iron and its board, I had to travel to level 2 where a room is dedicated for ironing located. No iron is provided in the room itself.My room has windows, but I can’t enjoy the view as the signboard or whatever it is had blocked the whole thing, which then saddened my kids ?

Family room is big. very large 2 queen size bed can fit 6 persons. Bathroom is too small though. Furniture are from the 80's. Air-conditioning is very freezing, comfy bed comfy pillows. we got 8 Pillows in total! Breakfast is available though everyday is the exactly same menu. wish they change the menu everyday. Ironing board and iron is only available on the aisle at the hallway. which is very creepy to iron your clothing while other people walk pass through.

The door lock sometimes can unlock,also sometimes can't.The door at room 107 need to fix.The hot shower seems not working.

Easy to find, the location not too busy, and easy to parking. I like the breakfast..?

breakfast - good except for half cook egg. mention there half cook but it is 100% cook. and its cold.room - mattress nice, pillow nice.bathroom - shower the best. i mean the water is not the renyai2 one. its really full blast and that's heaven for medinner - fish and chip best, mushroom soup a little bit salty, lambchop a little bit rubbery, nasi goreng the best, fried chicken wing best

the mirror divider (idk the exact name) is toooooo transparent. i always feel like someone looking at me. and the paip jamban..haiya go and check room 105. a have to bow down n sembah the toilet bowl.

Its cheap but the smells of the coridor..hmm

Odour..the ventilation is bad

Everything is ok, the hotel room is big and clean, the staff is also very friendly, the breakfast also has a lot of food options.. the place to always stay when there is a vacation to Kuching, this hotel is the best.

Safe to stay

I don't like another door(there is two door) inside my room apart from "MAIN DOOR" .. Someone is trying to open up my room from that door n it's really disturb me when I'm trying to sleep. . I don't like that

The room is not conducive, the plug port is far from bed, the ceiling got mark, the toilet door cannot be close. The choice of tv channel is limited and the screen is not that beautifull.

Very uniquely arrangement/placing/structure of rooms.

When you entered the room at the time, the room was so dark (room that had no window). Maybe the hotel's management can place some kind of "reflector tape" so that it is easy for guests to navigate.

Everything is just comfortable

The floor not clean and a lot of dusty. The toilet no locked door..room 602.hope the management can fixed it. 2 times had stayed there and still don't have any door lock from inside the toilet.

The room i booked was a queen bed bedroom but was given a 2 single bed bedroom, bedroom was clean without mini refrigerator. Not much choice for food at cafeteria. overall acceptable.

Location was off most shopping centres and going to these shopping malls will have to go thru road traffic jam. Not much food outlets around this vicinity.
